Thanks for making this post even i was thinking to make one.
In between it is really not possible biologically. AB+ for one child and O- for the other is absolutely not possible

AB consist to all the blood component and O is exactly opposite. And again + and - is another disy situation.

I just hope its a blooper otherwise it is going to be another mystery to get unfold 😲

Yes, possible 😊...
If one sib gets the AB antigen from parents & the other gets none (i.e. 0, zero).. but one of their parents has to be negative..

It is possible, but rare... I did my last bio class 4 years ago so don't remember much of it, but remember that O- is a rare blood group, and recessive.

Haha yeh it's possible 😛. But it's just funny how most people in indian soaps seem to have O- 😆. If they put all the people in indian soaps together that have O- blood, it would no longer be one of the rarest blood groups 😆.

Anjali like me inherited the dominant allele from each parent (A and B), while Arnav like my brother received the recessive O from each parent

Oh yes.. If parents r of AO n BO +/-, den offspring may be AB or O +/-.. Well.. i studied molecular bio n it has been acyr aince i touchd d books..:-P Der r chances dat i might be wrong.. i hav doubt regarding d Rh factor..:-P
