Hey lovely ladies, 🤗
I can't believe it's already been a year for this drama! If someone would have told me a year a go that I would be tuned into Star Plus on a daily basis and would develop a passion for Indian drama, I would have labelled them nuts! And yet a year later, here I am, watching IPK religiously! 😆
Whilst following the serial, I was lucky enough to have stumbled across India Forums, on which I was astounded to find the level of intellectual discussion surrounding the drama. It certainly altered my perception of IPK that's for sure! What started off as a mere twenty minute of escapism, ended up as a stimulating(ly) thought-provoking love affair with IP Redux! Much kudos to Tants and Doods, for their insightful contributions and for providing a solid platform on which a wide spectrum of views can be shared, discussed and ultimately appreciated by all. Thank you for making me feel welcome - I'm truly blessed to have met and befriended such a wonderful online community - and with that, my love affair with IP Redux continues! Kudos to you all!
😊

Will try to comment on everybody's thoughts/analysis tomorrow! x

Doods - And this my friends, is why I absolutely HEART Redux!! Kudos for the fabulous analysis, you've really captured the true essence of IPK's success! Mind numbingly delicious! 👍🏼
P.s. A spiritual saying of pre-historic civilization - "keeping good company with the pious results in attainment of beneficial knowledge, noble manners and righteous actions, whereas keeping company with the wicked prevents all of that."
Thank you for the beautiful reminder Doods! 😊
Bush - I already commented on your post last night - lekin phir se boldeti hoon, it was too good yaar! Maza agaya 😊

Today's incidence again brought her feelings of insecurity to the forefront, they overwhelmed her and she, the one who always keeps things to herself opened her heart in front of Buaji.
Pam - Loved your thoughts on Payash's relationship! Loved the focus on Payal's character this episode; it is her silence which causes people to overlook her anxieties - and I was pleased to see her break that silence today. Kudos! 😊

He is the only one in RM who left RM and has seen Khushi's nature before leaving and after returning. Everyone else has been at RM with Khushi all these days. NK therefore has an advantage of seeing Khushi with an unclouded view. This helps him note that all is not well with Khushi. The previous Khushi was full of life, smiles, laughter, pranks, and cheerfulness. The present Khushi however, is just dukhi. There is an unexplained sadness in her face, restlessness in her eyes, a tiny yet deep frown at the bridge of her eyebrows, and a drooping mouth that conveyed some kind of sorrow and anxiousness.
Nia - Loved the emphasis you laid on NK's character and his relationship with Khushi. He may have the role of the 'jest', but his understanding of Khushi clearly shows how wise he is. And in Shakespeare's time, such characters were always wise enough to play the fool 😉
Bootiful as always Nia - kudos!
Shreya (ki bachi) - Aaj tumne dil ki baat boldi yaar, kya likhti ho!!! Maza agaya par ke! 😃
Sandhya - Wah, kya entry mari humare Mr Sunshine ne!! 😆
The above in pink brilliantly sums it up for me - the guy is indeed a living legend!! Kudos 👍🏼

Her dear friend Nanheji- the Magi has come back with a gift- a heart shape necklace with a picture of Arnav and Khushi. He brought in the remembrance of the warmth in love... a ray of hope... a will to strive along to reach her true happiness- the world of unconditional love. The eyes of a true friend does not miss the sadness engulfing Khushi..
Joy returns in the little family reunion of Raizadas a sweet reminder of old times.Call of urgent familial duty beckons and bidding the family frolic adieu Mami jaan with Khushi in tow leave for inbhestgations to hunt down the "Alligators" who have trapped her Arnav Bitwa.
Koel - Beautifully expressed matey!! Love how you've captured the essence of NK's character and his budding friendship with Khushi. Kudos! 😊

For me it was a reference to two people are lost in the ocean of misunderstandings.. The Ocean is a sign of power and strength, dominating all other symbols of water--due to its immensity. The ocean is known for being unpredictable and uncontrolable, hard to navigate in time of storm and sometimes known for being beautifully calm; always at its own will or Neptune's (Roman god of the sea). How simply these lines describe the relationship, the turmoil, the storms, the serenity, the power and the strength of their LOVE.. 2 people united by their destinies' their Love grew despite the hatred, the differences and the distances.. they will always find a way towards each other, because its GOD's will..
Chani - Beautiful interpretation of the ocean and its depth! Two lost souls at sea, who will find each other by God's will - just like the waters that meet, irrespective of their differences. Kudos! 😊
Redwine - Already commented on your post - Kudos for penning down your thoughts! I'm really glad you took up writing about this drama, love the way you express your thoughts! 👍🏼

More than anything, I liked when NK said: Nannav mera bhai.
Payal-Akaashi:
Sometimes I get annoyed with Payal (esp when the CVs ignore how much she loved her younger sister at one point and don't highlight those sister-sister moments anymore). Today I felt for her. As secure and 'suljhee howee' as they portrayed her to be, she is suffering from a lack of self confidence. It would be wonderful to see Akaash help her, but I don't think it will happen that way. We get the indication that Buaji will be instrumental in patching up Akaash and Payal when their bad times come in the near future...i do think they will live happily ever after, because after being a bit insensitive at the party, Akaash did have enough foresight to bring her to her maternity home.
Aashi - l love it when NK calls out NANAV - it sounds so brotherly and affectionate! Heart your comments about Payal and her "suljee howee" persona; it was lovely to get further insight into her character, there's definitely more room for development! Kudos!
Okay, I'm done guys; Apologies if I missed anyone out - A massive kudos to you all, I loved reading every single one of them! 😊
