It may sound weird but Khushi and ASR are beyond all the worldly trappings. their love is so deep which is quite obvious from the fact that he cannot stop loving her inspite of his MU and Khushi already knows that he loved her from the start but never admitted it as it is quite clear from the FBs she got after ILU episode. Khushi now understands his behaviour was out of jealousy and love for her. ASR can't even bear the thought of Khushi with anyone else let alone Shyam. So I think they are beyond all this and hence there is no need of repentance track as they both understand each other too well and are real Soulmates. ARSHI 's eternal love forever!!!!

This is what makes IPKKND Unique !!!!!!!!!

it doesnt have to be seperation, or khushi being mad and arnav pacifying or anything like that. redemption would just mean arnav making up to khushi anything he did wrong to her...and i think he will do that thru his love and by giving her the place in his life she deserves
