It's an edited pic.It's Saif and Kareena, and I am pretty sure about it. Coz I've seen the original pic, I think it's for the "Harper Bazaar" magazine's photo shoot. It's not Mohit and Sanaya. Mohit is not that tall, he is almost the same height of Sanaya.

But it would be very good if it is really Sarun in the pic. I think SaRun should do a photo shoot in a complete western attire.
