If shyam kidnapper...why ASR alive?

this post has probably been made already by someone, but i cant find it anywhere.

it shows ALOT that it seems that shyam is behind the kidnapping which seems realistic. but i got a niggling questions.

1) if shyam has kidnapped arnav, why is arnav still alive? shyam has got the will sooo isnt arnav worth more if he's dead?

please do comment cuz this question is making me loose it, 😆

Maybe because the paper work isn't done. :) He has changed Arnav's will, can't just get rid of him in secs.

and if someone else got him then again why is he still alive? what do they want and why are they not demanding for anything..? isn't that a bit weird

Even if the will is signed it has to be attested ( sorry dont know the exact term) frm a court .. i guess if the kidnapper is Shyam , he is just waiting for it to be all legal .. i also read some where tht there is some problem in papers hence Shyam is keeping ASR alive so ..

maybe cuz the cv's havent thought about it and they cant kill of arnav or their show will die

Legal papers, such as a Last Will and Testament have to be signed by witnesses and then processed through the courts, which takes time. Likely Shyam has him and will continue to let him call here and there and keep him alive until those papers are filed. Rumor has it that Khushi will get the papers and foil that plan. But who knows. Likely its Shyam too because another kidnapper would ask for money right off the bat.
