I want a perfect moment lol i want him react just the way he reacted when he saw shyam and khushi together? The car scene ...? something like that

I agree. His 'I love you' was a genuine one. He himself is trapped and a man who himself is trapped cannot really think of trapping someone else with his words. And not just any words but the three magical words and specially to the girl he loves to death. Arnav now surely knows the whole truth about the Shyam fiasco.

correct i have the same feeling. the fact that he loves her despite everything still will not bring out so much concern. there is more to it and i feel it is because he knows the truth
