Today was about Barun's killer expressions & Buaji's dialogues 👍🏼

Just luv the bonding between Arnav & the Gupta ladies. He is so much at ease here, just being himself. A temporary but much needed relief from the RM chaos...

Luved how u explained Khushi's dream process. How she wants to see him smile... " Aap haste hue bilkul Laad Governor nahi lagte " 😃

Arnav is bemused by Khushi's weird reactions since morning. But Buaji dismisses it as Khushi's sanak & that she will be normal soon.

Arnav's expressions during the rat poison scene, while listening to Buaji's stories were hilarious 😆 Luved the killer smiles...And then the dream sequence...We got to see him in a new avatar alltogether 👏 👏 Brilliant Sobti...

Buaji's epic dialogue " Sankadevi ki sanak aur Bhagwan ki leela bas Nandkishore hi janat hai " 😆

Priya, thanks for the reminder of the Dhobi/Auto driver scene...Too gud 😆 😆

Khushi is lost in her own world & is at her goofy best...The dining table tea scene, luved the confused expressions of Buaji & Garima...Where is Babuji nowadays? He didnt attend Preeto's wedding also 😕 It seems his daily wages were given to Ankur's Mama & Babuji was given a day off...

Priya, Apple Symbolism...Gud one dear 😊 The last pic is just out of this world 😍 😍

Anjali's fall was too scary, I let out a scream myself 😲 So Shyam is back to his flop filmy plans & doing aish on Saale Saheb's hard earned money 😡 I wish Manorama Maami smells something fishy abt Shyam & sets off on her 'James Baand ' track...

Yes you are right..Apple appears and set the stage for Adam, Eve and Snake. Buaji, Garima and Arnav have become so comfortable with each other and loving being with one another. You are so right Arnav totally forgot that he need to be back to RM😆. I so loved your Khushi's dream process..👏 that's so very well explained. Khushi's b'day coinciding with 6 months..I didn't notice…😲yeah we need to see what gift will he give.

I am using the gyan distributed by you and Anjali who showed actual intention of yesterday's silliest episode. Today's episode was continuation of it.

Based on that this is what I understand might be the reason for Khushi's behavior - We are seeing show from Arnav's POV. CVs never showed it from Khushi's POV.

Arnav saw terrace scene and so we, but Khushi doesn't know.
Khushi is forced into a marriage by Arnav..again WHY we and Arnav know the reason but Khushi doesn't.
Arnav overheard Khushi and Garima's conversation and left from there. We know...but Khushi doesn't know.

So continuous oscillation of Arnav from Rajkumar to Shaitan and viceversa had hit Khushi badly and blocked her mind totally. Zor ka jhataka hai zoron se laga hai laga…shaadi bangayi umar khaidi ki saaja for her.

But CVs….we didn't get you clearly…execution is really bad for average viewers like us. We never got the underlying message you are trying to convey us because of silliest reasons you choose to show Khushi's anguish. Can't we have better reasons which would lead to Khushi/arnav spilling beans about MU???

I meditated before watching today..I told myself be positive..think positive and ALL IS GOING TO BE WELL. It might look like most idiotic episode in IPKKND history…but take the underlying message….this will be all leading to promo - Arnav confronting Khushi….take a deep breath and of course we have out hotwa to drool above all😍

So my POV on episode is my understanding of Khushi from above perspective

Already Khushi's mind is gone to dogs because of bipolar nature of Arnav…so otherwise so sweet scene of Arnav holding Khushi's hand lead to her to mistake that he is holding her so that she doesn't run away😲.
Khushi looking conflicting behavior of Arnav and trying to find answers. She has become so mentally unbalanced of this that Khushi believed in silly stupid Kundali ka kulaasa story and thought Arnav will kill Khushi to get back to LA.😕
She believed that he would really kill her. This shows that she completely lost trust in him. This is the foundation for future track….where Arnav starts trusting Khushi whereas Khushi looses her trust when she knows the reason behind forced marriage.
Every time she sees him conversing or doing any thing she is feeling that it is to kill her…Khushi.. u r silly and funny jst like my 8yr old…do I need to talk more about this???
But this will lead to breaking point….Khushi pushing arnav to the breaking point and bang we go to promo on Monday.
Barun you are looking cute without gel and as Arnav who is confused with Khushi behavior you are awesome man.👍🏼
Buaji/Arnav you two are great combo. Best jodi👍🏼..CVs can we have more scenes of these two..both are so comfortable.
I also loved the scene between Garima and Arnav. So genuine. Arnav now you believe that rats are really there and Khushi is true when she told you about it. Arnav singing "Kya karoon oh ladies mein hoon aadat se majboor Khushi ko misunderstand karne mein"😳
Yippeee….our beloved Sankewaa is in action again..duping her beloved wife for money who didn't even hesitate once to sign a check of 40k for her love .…khoon pasine ki kamaayi hoti to do baaar sochti lekin nahi hain naa
Suddenly Anjali wants to move separately and insisting it they have to do it. Shyam not only you even I am confused why she want to do this now…..Kyon aakhir kyon..dekhiye break ke baad 😕(@Anjali may be ur theory abt Anaji knowing all the way long may be coming true)
Sankewaa…you are at your creepiest best to stoop to any level to get what you want...you made Anjali fall down…that scene was done well. Brilliant action by Abhas and Daljeet.👏
OK Bubli is acting the role of Snakewaa in payash Love story. Actually background story is Payash did dharna in front of PH/CVs saying they are making Arhi story so interesting by putting creepwa..so why can't they make theirs interesting. CVs agreed to the demands and what we got is Bubli..the Creepwa…Bubli can stoop to any level to get to Aakash. So we got competition for Abhaas here.
CVs please change BD for ASR….us baldie ko nahi dekh paa rahe..plzzz🤢
Precap: It was hilarious but it says laxminagar ke 22yrs and 10 months old ladki…that does mean Khushi is 22yrs old not 18 yrs old???? Wait how does it change anything the story, Khushi or Arnav…..except that Khushi will get bashing now. Forumwasio…again I am telling she is 18, 22 or 62 she is still what she is…

'The Tale of the Impetus'

As much as we spoke in jest about the Garden of Eden over the weekend, we indeed saw the forbidden fruit today, Priya! The Garden of Eden has been a theme over the course of the show. Loved your your first cartoon...being a diehard Apple fan, the pun on the word is just so apropos!😆

The very name "Shantivaan" conjures up an image of a peaceful, idyllic setting much in keeping with the description in the Christian scriptures! But we well know that all is not what it seems in this paradise. Today, we saw a literal example of that in Khushi's vivid imagination in the garden, and you've done a fantastic job explaining the significance of the (Washington!) apple, cut with a butcher knife (btw, what was a butcher knife doing at the "pure vegetarian" Guptas' kitchen?!😉😆) Haila, Khushi's 23rd birthday will be one for the books! A rose without thorns would be good, no?😆

Just some quick thoughts on the rest of the epi:

We also saw several layers to the "foundation" for what is to come! An obvious part of the epi was the other "forbidden fruit": what Shyam desires now! The impetus behind all that will drive him, and all that ASR has worked for! Yes, the villain is back, and in keeping with the discovery of the will, we now know that he has moved on from Khushi, to his new love...MONEY! The next equation in this saga will be Shyam's (unsuccessful) attempts to get to ASR's fortune! We know Khushi will get her "rose" in the form of her beast, albeit with thorns. We have been given clues galore that the MU is coming to an end. The road to redemption will begin, but concurrently, we will also see Shyam's hand in rewriting fate again! This is where Khushi and Arnav will fight Shyam together!

Anjali's role today was absolutely critical; her very presence in everything Shyam does within "Shantivaan" suggests she holds all the cards when it comes to him! She knows her husband's mind, and she will help drive Shyam to his end! Lets trace the events: she deliberately came down with the cheque book today; Shyam was expecting HP to bring it. She controls her money, and she made it very clear today. Another big breakthrough was Anjali's relinquishing of her role as a "mother figure" to Arnav. Her insistence on moving into her own home is HUGE! For one, it is an indication that she has complete confidence in Khushi to look after her brother. In her mind, her brother no longer needs her. Two, it is also her ultimate test for Shyam: to convince herself that all he cares about is himself ! Instances like the ones we saw today will repeat themselves, and Anjali will be paying attention.This will have enormous implications moving forward. For now, of course, Shyam has thwarted her plans.

Finally, Bubbly...Her devious behavior will be the biggest challenge for PayAsh...She will be a phantom (!) presence in their lives...Another track in the making! Today was Payal's one & only chance at an afternoon rendezvous with her beloved!😆 Indeed, ArHi will come together to get Bubbly out of the house, and bring PayAsh back together! We will have to see what the future holds for this track.

The epi had some things going for it; but not a repeat watch by any means! The editing department needs some major work as you said! Performances were good; Sobti was in full form as the comedian, the maniac & the confused lover boy!😆 I have now had my fix of the "trust" issue with Khushi, and frankly, I am ready to move on! Oh, and Anjali is defo NOT preggers!

Fingers-crossed, we'll get the "A" team for what really matters next week!

Priya your crooner cracked me up as i was in jolly mood after watching ASR serious comical expressions 🤣 and sanaka devi's death fear. 😆

Shyamu too cracked me up with twitching facial expressions. I don't know when or whatever the situation this twitching won't fail to make me laugh 🤣. Though it was so creepy to see Anjali fall that way.🤢

All are looking fresh and relaxed except Barun and Sanaya. 😭

For me i missed Akash a lot and he looks handsome. 😆

Missed Nani and Anji too.😆

Nice title 'Forbidden Fruit' Adam, Eve and Snake. It was apt. Now the story revolves around this. 😳

ok so me here with a RANT! ..since finally the misunderstanding is going to clear and we are going to say hello hi bye bye to our "intense and passionate" marriage track let me give it a well deserved farewell!

what more rubbish and stupid way could be to get the most serious truth out? was this supposed to be it like this! what we got from this marriage track! what was that.. "marriage track is to give us intense and passionate moments between ArHi" ..seriously? let alone intense or passionate.. we didnt even get a proper ArHi moment! sometime forced RabbaVe..sometime not needed RabbaVe and sometime ..only crap!..marriage track was for gaining the trust in their relation right? but now the trust is so huge that Mrs Raizada thinks Mr Raizada wants to kill her ...what crap!!.. comedy after comedy..meaningless..baseless.. and OTT!! we got everything except what we should have got!

the marriage track was to be so amazing that we should have been banging our head thinking that why the MU is going to be cleared! amazing actors.. fabulous track... scopes unlimited and what they did!!! ??? NOTHING!
in this whole three months Shyam only read that file..seriously? the most useless villain of the century! the parallel track was and is pathetic! what do they want to show us.. a 9 years old going ga ga over her 24 years old cousin ..who is by the way married and playing the role of a cheap pathetic Sasuma!..she is behaving like she is Akash's ex.. poor Payal!! they want to show us a new love story! ????

Anjali.. where is this lady's pregnancy bump?? she now needs to stop wearing those sexy sarees and behave like a pregnant lady! this PH always does this.. they dont show the pregnancy bump but direct miscarriage! and pls do not harm that unborn baby cause i want that baby in the show..!! at least listen something of my bakwass which i do here!

till now i was tolerating Khushi's antics thinking that she is 18 though i always wondered if 18 years old can be THAT immature?? but she is 22?? 😲 and they want us to believe that what she is doing ..thinking..is natural.. what the!! 🥱

the track which was supposed to be the most fabulous and best track of this show came out the most crap track and pathetic one!!

Another OTT episode from the PH... was my first thought !

The episode started with the audience realizing that it's not just the Roaches, The Mighty Arnav Singh Raizada is equally scared of the damn rodents ! 😆 Barun was bang on with his expressions !👏

Arnav's casual interactions with the Gupta ladies is a delight to watch ! Makes one realize, he has not interacted with Raizada Women as often during the past 11 months ! It definitely shows the growth of character from ASR to Arnav !

Now we come to The Original Sin... there was the Garden of Eden, there were Adam and Eve... this time, Adam bit the Apple... and the Serpent returned from his deep slumber ! Time for some action 👏👏👏

And boy, was I glad to finally see the twitching serpent !! Never did I think I'd be waiting for the resident Creepwa to return to screen, but hats off to the PH for making us miss the Snake and his antics.

>> Khushi's antics made me laugh, but that's mainly because of Sanaya's superb acting skills, the execution of the plot is pathetic. We realize where the story is headed, and we are glad the story is at least moving, but please give us some credit and make it a little plausible !

>> Shyam Babua, we know when you get irritated, you start twitching your face, but boss it's been 11 months... please give us more than 2 expressions.

>> GREASE... in a white box with a label !!! Seriously???😆😆😆 They could have used a readily available oil ! Grease would've left a dark - blackish kindda color on Shyam and Anjali's hands... not to mention on the handkerchief he later used to remove it ! How it got unnoticed is beyond me !

>> Bubbly... what do I say... Devil in disguise ! Is it just me who thinks it's morally wrong for a child actor to portray such jealousy?? I understand Mr. A means the world to her and she wants his full attention, but her antics are evil for a 9 yr old !

For me, the only saving grace were the serial killer expressions by Barun ! 😍

Hey Priya...

You know when I saw the apple in Arnav's hand today... my 1st reaction was "Aah the forbidden fruit makes its appearance - how apt where the villain is referred as the snake (or serpent if you like). 😊

Only, very interestingly, its not Eve who takes the bite here, but Adam. Arnav who misunderstands his Eve and there is Mayhem (MU in common parlance 😆) in the garden of Eden.

And we did get to see the Garden in full glory today... loved your insight on the flowers and the colour infused by Khushi in Arnav's garden. That was awesome Priya 👏.

Khushi's dream was sweetly sad in some manner - like every woman (18 or 22 or 64), she wants to be wooed with flowers. And that special smile meant only for her, from the man she loves. Thats what she dreamt of before and even now... however, now the dream is a nightmare which ilicits fear in her. Only a little too literal for my taste... but still it is a nightmare.

As I watched the episode, I wasnt too happy with the track and like many thought Khushi was going overboard. But then I was thinking (this is why commercial breaks are so useful🤓 😉) Khushi is Khushi... and she continues her irrational & funny imaginations when ever she is faced with situations that flumox her. Case in point, when she 1st felt that she was falling in love with Arnav and saw him everywhere. And even now, when she still cant figure out why he married her and is sooo angry with her, when he is obviously nice to others.

Maybe, just maybe (maybe I am being too kind to the CV's😉), it is her chosen form of Defence Mechanism to deal with emotional turmoil. Trivialization is not a very uncommon form of defence mechanism and she does that naturally, without realizing because it keeps her mind off the real problem.. atleast postpones or helps her focus on something else rather than the real problem. We all use various forms of it when we are burdened with something grueling and try and focus on an entirely different issue to give our mind a break.

And who knows, maybe this her way of dealing with trauma. and irrespective of being 18 or 22, the situation she is in, is quite traumatic.

Okay enough of my weird theories, back to episode my thoughts on it..

Another subtle example of Arnav's lack of trust on Khushi during his conversation with Garima - he didnt believe her about "Chuha". Not that I blame him for this, the poor man has had enough pranks played on him by his wife.

Adored the bond and interactions between the 3 Musketeers of Gupta House : Buaji, Garima & Arnav. They just rock. No wonder he has forgotten that they need to go back to 'Shanitivan'.

"Shantivan' is full of Ashanti thanks to Shyam and Bubbly.

Shyam has become a maniac since he has no "Khushi" and No Money either. He is back to his old tricks. Not that I mind, hope to see some progress in the story. Only problem is that his tricks are sooo 'pheeekha'😕.

Careful there Shyamya boy... you dont want put anjali's life in danger now. She has power of the 'Sign'!😛

Who has 'candle light lunch'? Who Who who????... Ohh wait... now we know who.

Bubbly - I am so not wasting precious time on this! I know you and Anjali have faith in how she can impact ArHi lives... but I still cant generate much tolerance for her. Hand on my heart... I tried.

So we have an episode where the 2 women in Chote's life plagued by their husbands.

One under the threat of real physical harm. The other under emotional trauma which she has conveniently wrapped in the garb of some insane imagination of being murdered by her husband!

Needless to say, adored your crooner Priya. The 1st pic was sooo perfect!!! 🤣

Agree with you on the Editing bit - very soon I will commission Mumbai viewers to drag the editor on some chaurasta and throw rotten tomatoes and eggs at him!!! Any takers?😉

despite a holiday it was a detailed analysis.

yes khushi's dream is very simple...very child like...to see her laad givernor as a normal guy...well Khushi he ain't ur regular guy. but he is ur guy. so he will smile for you and just for you.

kamlesh khabri was a treat I tell you and Khushi imagining ASR was the icing on the cake.

I must be really silly but I love the silliness of the comedy of Kamlesh Khabri and ASR fitting the bill of the husband with a bad kundli out to get his wife.

Thanks a ton for the wonderful write up again.
