Ok first of all guys, I havent really posted really much in this forum but I would it appreciate it if you will try and understand my POV instead of calling me anti feminist or saying things like "Why is Khushi always blamed and not ASR" or "Everyone just supports ASR becos he is hot".I would love to read your views, but lets keep this a HEALTHY discussion thread😊

Lots of people have been calling ASR a hypocrite and his speech at the end of the epi as a joke.That's because he was talking to that guy abt respecting his wife and family, when he himself does not respect Khushi as his wife.But think about it this way guys, because of this MU, courtesy our lovable creep😡, he thinks that Khushi is the "dusri aurat" in his sis's life.In his eyes, Khushi is the girl who is trying to break his sister's married life, and whom he married to prevent from doing so.Would u respect a person like that?Not that Khushi's wrong, but while we know the truth, ARNAV DOESN'T!!!!If the MU wasn't there, I'm sure he would respect her, because he does respect and care for her family.Sometimes he takes out his frustration out on her family, but he always tries to make it up to them.To tell the truth, considering her image in his mind, he does feel guilty quite often for forcing her into this marriage.I dont think a person in the real world would feel even that much guilt or concern.But since its a soap, and we all know that Khushi is innocent, I'm glad he still softens towards her sometimes😊

This is strictly my opinion, and I respect the opinion of those who think the opposite of this.Everyone has their own take on different situations, this was mine.😊That's all.

PS.Actually this is my first actual post on the forum, usually I just post comments.I'm Shaz BTW and I would love to make frends here😊

Talking about hypocrisy, I rarely see people who are not. The thing here is he did exhert his authority as an employer to prevent the break as happened for his di and Khushi and him rarely have chance to talk without some one interrupting. They fight for small things and do not sit down and say what is wrong even once. Khushi should have told him about Shyam esp after he started misbehaving with her after their marriage.

He always loved his family , respected his wife in his own way,,
THINK...
he never tolerated anyone insulting her (remember how he spoke to those women who came to give blessings to the newly wed bride) ,
he was always protective and possesive towards her(diwali- when an unknown man was trying to dance with her,,he became very angry and possesive)
he doesn't even bear anyone looking at her (Nk looking at her loosen outfit)
he cannot see her tears,, he would go beyond his principles to make her happy (saying sorry)
he always cares of her public reputation (Heer-Ranjha)

he is not ready to accept any insult towards his in-laws (Does recent GH track prove that although he is not ready to forgive her and make her his wife, but he has already believes in the relationship that he has become the son in law of GH?)
He couldn't stand the groom's party insulting his in laws and their kith and kin.

IT SEEMS,,
HE may be believing in his words..but something (MU) drags him back and prevent him from practicing this preach..he is repenting time to time as he is not able to put this in to practice,,,as if it reflects ---if there had been no MU, he would have easily practiced this preach..

On the other hand , this may be the scars of his old wound,, what he wished his brother in law would be,, what he wished every husband would be ,after undergoing the unbearable sorrow of mishap with his only world- Anjali di & Kushi

If there comes a day he realizes his MU, then ther will be no hurdles or boundaries for him to show how to respect her ( and her family),but alas!! till he cleares this MU his heart will keep fighting over the practice and preach.

All these are because of love,, hate is also playing one aspect of this love-- embraced with jealousy of not letting anyone owe which he believes is his!!
