I have recently seen many posts that Creatives long more for TRPs rather than a straight storyline without many twists and after all, at the end of the day, Production is just a business so we can't actually blame them for it, can we!

Personally, I've always been happy with the story line! I have no issues with Khushi's comical behavior to deal with situations nor with Arnav's partial logical or practical dealings with his personal life. What IPK really need for good TRPs is PROMOTION!!!

Without PROMOTION or Adverts, the show wouldn't really be known to people who have no idea about it. I know for a fact that adverts play a crucial part in any show with my father being a producer/journalist himself. You don't have promotion of the show, you don't have viewers! So, the production team needs to sit together and have promos planned out in every two weeks! Thats the only way to attract viewers!

Hey there...😊 Loved your post and yes, do agree with you about promoting the show more, however, to a certain extent the current track of the show is also attributing to low TRPs. Clearly, not couple of months back, IPKKND was in the top 3 shows slot, which does go to prove that a reasonably decent number of folks are following the show.

Coming to your other comment, I do want to ask that you seriously don't feel that this misunderstanding track now is being dragged a lot? I think, that's great and I believe you are the only person I have come across who is fine with the way the show is going. 😃

About the show, well many in the forum as well weren't watching recently and were sticking to the written updates, so it's obvious that the fans are backing off from watching itself. I watch the show on Star player at around 10 in night in USA because that's the only time i get and star player count in the views into TRPs or so i've heard! Also, IPK had a normal promotion in US till January to be honest. My friend started watching the show when she saw an advert of the show! before that i used to nag her to watch it but she wouldn't watch it!

and about the track, i think the story has progressed at a snail pace since february. The silent build up of trust in Khushi from Arnav's perspective and the frustration of being stuck in a lie of a relationship for Khushi was evident! Arnav with his unnecessary commands and Khushi with her comical behavior. It really hasn't been dragged though! I assure you that!! My mother is the only person in my entore family who watch indian shows and believe me, i once saw her watching YRKKH in october and then in february, in both the times the lead was crying because of one issue. That was actual dragging! In IPK, the track may have seem to be constant but it wasn't dragging!

plus, i'm not the only one to think that actually! I've had chats with many people who are happy with the track but they don't respond much because of constant bashing and negative air since december. Everyone is complaining about everything. I myself don't take any sides and don't even bother opening posts with either "Arnav was wrong!" or "Khushi was wrong". Its better staying out of that bit of drama! 😆

i second u...the show actually needs a good promotion, but as usual SP is hell bent to give this awesum show which has so much potential a step-motherly treatment...i just hope, PH take notice of this n act wisely😃

If peoplw want to raise trp then they should stop bashing any of characters...i mean barun and sanaya are enjoying the track as barun said in one of his interview two days ago that they are on right track now and gonna have long way to go...come on peeps just watch the show every day and enjoy with optimstic..

Star plus has diappeared from my dish tv and its the same with my freind.. The problem is that we hav connected our dish in UAE so we cannot contact them in India and thise problem has arised with many!! 😭

We need a consistent track which is well executed. CV's are sort of improving the past few episodes have been good so keep going at the same pace and deliver same type of episodes. We will be back in no time

Star plus it wouldn't hurt if you could promote our show. Its not too much to ask if behna show can get 2 promos in a week, I hope it's not too much to ask for even one small promo.

The track wasn't dragging!! That much is obvious for a fact! I pick up on small things like even one dialogue in an episode works for me. Thats why i called it snail paced episodes. The constancy is there so i don't see valid reasons for complaining again!

For promotion, the PH needs to shoot first! The current promo which is shot isn't aired yet so we can blame the channel but before that the PH itself needs to promote. With ME moved again, i'm sure they don't have a bank of episodes made up! 😆

I heard that the channel orders for promos and then only the PH shoots for it.
I don't know but yes promos are needed. The thing is Indian audience will now be able to look at the small details,see the metaphors and all they see what is shown to them and for some it may look like dragging hence they have shifted back to the old child bride show. To have them glued and be like no see the story is moving we need promos every week. Just my theory lol.
