Of course with bua ji and now Khushi is Arnav's wife voh oske sath bed share kar sakti Hai and she trusts Arnav not Shyam

They have one more bedroom in the house where Shyam must have slept. Obviously Arnav can't sleep there coz the family will wonder what is the reason why husband wife aren't sharing a room.

dude wht if they have found Arnav sleeping some where else? they would have doubted and there are too many rooms in RM as well but they still use one room coz they dun want any one to doubt on their relationship
