this is something i have felt,(and havent read the entire thread...so dont if anyone already suggested it before😳)

3 scenes that particularly caught my attention was 1) recliner scene 2) cough scene 3) falling scene

going to the first scene....as u said that earlier recliner and bed were facing opposite directions...indicating the people occupying it also turned away from each other...Arnav is arnav ...Khushi is Khusi. Both may be married, but still behave like two different people.
Khushi first goes and sits in the recliner(which is in the original position)...which used to be occupied by Arnav,...hence indicating that she tried to be in his shoes...thinking like him,planning against him like he used to do earlier in the initial stages...
Later she brings the recliner to the side of the bed...both the bed and recliner facing the same direction.Khushi has occupied it now in the true sense...that she is his equal, his better half.
She worries like a wife and is alert.

i felt this scene showed her gradual progress from KKG to KKGSR

the second scene...arnav is in a fit of coughs...and in between khushi tells him to look up...
what i felt was...arnav in trouble,in pain and khushi telling him to look up for relief...meaning to look up to DM for finding relief(in future)

also absolutely loved the silhouette 👏...

third scene...the fall ...indicating that Arnav after knowing the truth will fall in disgrace...

what sort of disgrace..Public /external or internal i kinda posted that quick...what i meant was arnav falling in disgrace in front of khushi's eyes...only she witnessed his actual fall in the room...moreover even others could justify that whatever he did was for his di...but to khushi it would mean...he just destroyed the trust which she had in him...she might accept the 'did it for di' part...but not trusting her and believing her to be a home-wrecker...would be the final nail on her head.

Also on the DM connection...did u notice that she tried to help him out...he refused and then caught up in the situation...just like in their actual life...khusi trying to find answers from him, he refusing it...gets caught up in a mess even worse and khushi needs to provide him with guidance

not sure...depends on if they have their confession before it all happens...

if they have confessed...she might not...because seeing him in pain will definitely melt her heart...knowing that Arnav loves her too...

and if they have not confessed...as u said khushi might become a stone, immune to his hurt(in front of everyone but internally suffering with him),because she doesnt know what his feelings are for her...like Doods said...she might not risk breaking her heart again.
