kushi's broken engangement.

I have these questions...ASR knows kushi's fiance's name was Shyam. He knows the relationship was broke. He is a big business man...smart...etc etc..Initially when he saw Shyam hugs Kushi, he might have shocked...because he loves her..because shyam is her lovely sis's husband...But after the cloud is over...can't he think...use his smart brain to work...or he is taking advantage because she is poor helpless girl..

Though I have these questions, I still love this show because of ASR and Kushi characters. How long we can be dumb...it irritates...I wish ASR initiates a conversation with Payal regarding Kushi's broken engagement. Do not make ASR's character dumb. Do not spoil the character showing useless unwanted forced fights...
