I think that the only way Arnav will see sense is if he sees Khushi saving Anjali or protecting her. Then it will finally dawn on him that she is not out to get his Di and ruin her life. Then he might actually seek answers from her.
I think Shyam will make an attempt once more to finish off Anjali and Arnav together and Khushi will get wind of his plans and do everything in her power to protect/save the siblings. Arnav will see this and FINALLY start asking himself logical questions and figuring this out.
