Symbolism in yesterday s tango

The dance on teri meri prem kahani by arnav and khushi was of two people who both have feelings for each other but confused and not sure about it and there was an increased sense of awareness between the two
from arnav s pov:

While yesterday s passionate tango was really different. It had a man who was madly in love with his wife but hates her with an equal passion. The dance started as something forced but sweet but when arnav saw the snake looking at khushi he was furious .

Step one : he separated their arms and then he turned her around

signifies i may push you away from me but you still have the power to turn my world around.


Step 2:he pushes her away from himself and khushi is near the snake but then pushes her away from the entire family.
Signifies i may not believe you and push you away from myself and others by my rude behaviour.


Step 3:he spins her round and round
signifies that all these misunderstandings can create a lot of problems and wreck havoc in our lives


Step4: he sits on his knees and supports khushi s body weight.


When i realize you are right i will bend down before you and be your pillar when the entire world questions you or your motives.

Step 5: he lifts her and then places her back.
Signifies when the time comes to save you i will be the one to do it even if it means lifting you and taking all the blame on me and when all the problems are over i will put you down on the ground gently and gracefully.


Yesterdays dance had the entire story of ipkknd very beautifully weaved inside it.
