I don't think it was a blooper;

Its normal to get changed more than once in a day;

maybe she ust wanted to or her other sari may have got ruined x

maybe they thought nobody would notice anjali.waisay i really like anjali's sarees and her make up.in fact all the ipkknd women are dressed nicely and their make up is not overdone like other star plus serials.of course mami is an exception but that is because of her character
