they have shown shayam finding a quilt piece by the pool side. Arnav can fool mami by showing fake love but shayam got the idea by khushi's incomplete sentences that there was a problem and arnav forced her for marriage and now he is going to investigate more.
they are unconscious but even after that arnav will not let khushi sleep outside of the room as he may judge that shayam is investigating about the problem and can create another problem for him.
just an idea, that it may be the reason they have shown him finding a quilt piece. 😕
another credit to shayam?????? he is behind the major movements in show from sending khushi in arnav's office onwards till now...🤔
