I think that Arnav will torture Khushi like hell in the four walls. But when they are in front of the family, he will confuse Khushi by acting like a normal husband with her. Coz Anjali is pregnant and as her chotte, he wouldn't want to give his sis any stress. If he behaves badly with Khushi then definitely,both the families will have doubts on them. Mainly nani and anjali, coz both of them knew before that arnavand khushi are in love.
