its from one of the early episodes where both Khushi and Payal are talking about their future married life. And how they'll always keep in contact when they're at their in-laws. This is when Khushi then suggest to Payal that they should get married to brothers, that way they be together.

this is actually from a dream sequence from an earlier episode...where the two sisters think they are married and are talking on the phone about their respective husbands...

ASR will throw her out if she dresses like this 🤣
