Anjali could not bear to watch Khushi's smile fade to oblivion by the day. Three months later when things between Chote and Khushi Ji still looked bleak, she went to their room, made them sit together and spoke. She explained to Arnav how she knew all along about Shyam's wrong doings, how he had hurt Khushi as her fiance, how he had planned her various death traps. She had watched the understanding of Khushi's innocence dawn behind Arnav's eyes, and understanding for how Arnav would have felt when he heard and witnessed the conversation between that blithering idiot and Khushi in Khushi's eyes. She smiled as they exchanged looks and as tears filled in synchronisation in both their eyes. Arnav pulled Khushi to him, held her tight and cried his appologies into her hair, begging her to forgive him, and Khushi finaly felt at home burying her self into his broad chest.
"abhi aapka kya hoga Anjali Ji?", asked Khushi, suddenly aware of the feelings Anjali might be holding in her chest. Arnav too watched his Di carefully. She sighed, " Abhi hume pataa chala hai ki inke jaise insaan, kabhi sudhar nahi sakta. Humne inhe chup chaap dusra mauka dekar bahut badi galti ki hai. Hume sabko sabkuch usi waqt batadena chahiye the, par hum is parivaar ki izzat ke baare me soch kar chup rahe. Aaj hum woh galti sudharne vale hai. Hum abhi ke abhi sabko bataa dete hai" saying so she hurried down as fast as she could while the now reconciled couple followed behind.
She revealed everything and got Shyam kicked out of the house, and into jail. She called up Khushi and Payals family and explained the reason for their hurried marriage which her family still hadnt forgiven her for. Amma and Buaji cried on the phone understanding and appologising to Khushi while Khushi smiled with teary eyes and silently thanked DeviMayya.
All this while Nani Ji had a sly smile playing in her eyes." Ab to sab kuch teekh ho gaya hai to kahe na Arnav Bituwa aur Khushi Bitiya ka tuti Suhaag raat aaj hi puri kare. Ka bole aap log" "Haan Nani, yeh to badiya idea socha hai aapne", said Anjali, getting fullon into her event planner mode while Khushi blushed and ran to the kitchen and Arnav looked on, his expression fighting between happiness and his struggle to maitain his ASR no nonsence face.

After dinner, he had walked outside to get a breather from all the giggling that had been going on. When he returned the house was unnaturaly silent. It looked likeeveryone had turned in for the night. He slowly climbed the stairs to his-no their room, as the moon light accentured his happiness on his face. When he opened the door into his room, he was shocked, and then smiled. The room was filled with candles and flowers, softly lighting up the room with a gentle fragrance. The door to the pool was open and the wind played with the flower petals in the room.
A sharp intake of breath pulled his eyes towards the figure seated on his bed.
Khushi had never seen a sight so beautiful. Yes he was wearing the same black pants he had been in the whole day, the same white shirt, same deep blue sweater. His hair was rustled by the wind and the sight of him standing in front of that door head bent back slightly against the wind with the moos shining on his face made her gasp in wonder. For the first time in months she was finaly looking at him without confusion, fear or hatred and what she saw through her ghunghat was beautiful beyond words...
Arnav was surprised and then he smirked when he realised that after all those hard time she was finaly his. Anjali had made her get dressed in the same lehenga/jewellery she wore when they had gotten married and her ghunghat was pulled down lower hiding her face. She was sitting in the middle near the foor of their bed, her knees drawn up closer to her body. He went to her and sat by her side, amused to see her immediatly start shaking like a tuning fork, and slowly raised her ghunghat, relishing and taking in the beautifull sight as he did. He leaned forward and she slid backward on the bed, he pushed himslef towards her and moved back a little more until her back came on against the headboard and she found herself encased in his arms.
She looked into his eyes, searching, but not for long, and cast her eyes shyly down as she found her self drowning in his love. He slowly removed her uncomfortable jewellery casting them carelessly on the floor and placed careful kisses all over her. While she turned red. He smirked watching the effect he had on he, as her breathing quickened and he could almost hear her heart beat, or was that his?! As he bent forward to kiss her lips she smiled shyly and slipped away from the bed and ran towards the pool. He followed her and caught her from behind, sliding his hand inside her duppatta, onto her bare stomach, and she shuddered with anticipation, fear and pleasure. A tiny kiss on her cheek and a question followed," kya tum hamesha keliye mera banogi Khushi Kumaari Gupta?" "Nahi." Arnav was taken aback. He couldnt understand how... how could she reject him. He thought she loved him."Nahi Khushi Kumaari Gupta aapki nahi ho sakti. Woh jaa chuki hai. Par Khushi Arnav Singh Raizaada toh aaphi keliye bani thi, aur humesha aaphi ki rahegi" She whispered into the night. Arnav smiled with joy and lifted her, and carried her into their bedroom, gently placing her on their bed, claimed her for himself from heaven.
