Yes, we all know Arnav is very mad at Khushi and although he looked away when Khushi looked up at him when Garima slapped her, I don't think that means he doesn't care for her. Because right after Garima slapped Khushi, the look Arnav gave her was one that somewhat fit the saying "if looks could kill..."

me too felt the same.i think khishi would be not the only person at hell but arnav would also be at hell after hurting her.😭i also think that he could not completely ignore and not care for khushi😊
