I think it's because she can understand her brother very well, she can read his every emotion, that is why Arnav was avoiding eye-contact with her and somewhere she can read from his eyes, that what he did was not for his sake, but there's a huge reason behind it, a reason that is truely troubling him, like she's getting the vibes from him that something isn't right, and that what he did is fatal for his happiness... so she's obviously going to be tensed, and she knows that her chottey won't do something as huge as a marriage secretly just for the sake of love, something else is there, so she's desperate to find out, and she did see the pain in his eyes when he was trying to tell her the truth just before she found out that she was pregnant... just my thought 😊
