I simply hope they dont drag this track more than couple of weeks. I can't take this Star Plus ka Ghisa Pita Style show at all. I am very loyal to IPKKND but I am not sworn in blood to them. I will change channels if they dish me out this beaten to death track too long. Whatever realization ASR has to have, he better have it in the next couple of weeks and then begin to repair the damage by wooing khushi. ASAP!!!

yes jen, ASR is living on blah's words right now. he will definitely hold on to his LOVE but he's gonna make sure his LOVE suffers since he believes he's betrayed by his LOVE

Jenny! I am very excited about this track. And yes the symbolism is a bit evident. ASR is going to hold on to his love even if he is doing it with other motive - but somewhere down the line I do think the another reason for this marriage is that - apart from saving Anjali is - to keep Khushi with him! The precap is a clear indication of Arnav or rather ASr's possessiveness about Khushi. He considers her as HIS property! Love her he might - but even in anger he wants her to himself.

I've been remembering those lines for the past couple of weeks now and thinking about when he's going to remember them himself...most likely when she leaves. There's also LA's lines to Khushi about looking after ASR...there has to have been a reason for that.

maybe i am a sadist i want khushi to leave him ..let him to realise the hard way...ya i dont blame asr to think worse abt her but i dont blame khushi too that for her everything is gonna be alright...at last let them realise whts to lose the most precious thing in ur life

I am ok with A-K sharing screen space due to the forced marriage. What I am not ok with is ASR assuming things about khushi, using that misunderstanding against her and torturing her in the coming episodes - mental and perhaps, physical torture. This is not how IPK was. Its totally pandering to Star Plus's usual gimmicks. Intelligent people talk, discuss, converse and try to understand the situation, even if its post fact. So yes ASR got upset and in a rage married khushi but there has to be some introspection and discussion between the two. An unwarranted display of anger without trying to sort through the reasons sounds like ASR has no brains left in him. So they dumbed down khushi first, and now its ASR's turn to be dumbed down.

I think this period of mentally victimizing khushi has to be short-lived - a matter of few weeks, otherwise, i can see TRPs take a plunge. What started IPK as a fresh upstart was its clean characterizations and uplifting heroine. Making a martyr out of her smells of major interference from the TRP hungry machinery of the channel.

Also, I felt the LA scenes were handled so well. It was graceful, poignant and classy. Now, suddenly the very same ASR (albeit for very strong reasons) does not want to listen to khushi, the one woman who made him feel "love". Where is justice in that? And really, do normal human beings behave like that? Who finds pleasure in marrying someone and putting them through living hell unless one has a seriously demented sadistic side to one's character? This last line is what I am not able to reconcile and would hate to see in ASR.

Rest, i am patient, giving it a couple of weeks. Not that my viewing or not viewing makes an iota of difference to the show or its TRPs but it makes a difference to me and that i value.
