even though we all hope it is arnav who is the mysterious visitor i highly doubt that
here are the reasons:
1. Buaji would not be sooo shocked to see that "person"
2. she looked at khushi which obviously means that "person" was staring at khushi
3. buaji wudnt be that shocked if it was arnav
i rlly hope it is arnav but all clues lead to shyam

maybe he's there to KIDNAP KHUSHI!
i rlly dont care if she does get kidnap unless arnav gets to know about it! lalit mohan said we will be receiving a bang and maybe its arnav realizing shyam's truth
