Epic, Zainu!!!! Yes, one wonders what is holding him back from a confession of love. He has said the "never ever afters" a zillion times and yet he ends up in front her - unwillingly for most part, but sometimes of his own accord.
He has loved but he is afraid to lose! He feels that admitting to his feelings is acknowledging his weaker side. He is afraid to emotionally depend on anyone (other than his di) because that will make him vulnerable to hurt. And he does not want to lose again, hurt again!!! More than his ego, his stubborness, I think it is his fear, his insecurities that are holding him back. And you are right...we need to know why!?! What did happen in the past that his driving his actions today!!

great to see you. Agree with you, it is not ego or pride that is stopping him.

I think it is the fear of losing the person he loves. He knows he is capable of loving and more importantly the extent to which he will go for that love, like you said unconditional love.

Look at all the things he has done for her, for her happiness all this while not fully realizing that he loves her, you can imagine the lengths he will go to when he confesses his love for her.

(Everytime Shyam Babuji are on, I completely shut them off and simply imagine the fate of Shyam at Arnav's hands when he finds out the truth, works brilliiantly I tell you.)

He bounced back after the loss of his parents somehow, but Would he able to do it again if the woman he loves leaves him, That Is his biggest fear I think.

Maybe his dad had an affair with one of the ladies working for him and that affair sort of destroyed his dad and mom and their marriage and probably their lives too. So maybe he has witnessed this ugly side of love and doesn't want it to happen to him.

We need a good strong FB for this and let us hope we get it.

The man has fallen so hard that the first thought when waking up is that he will not be able to see her again, love that pic.
