Diwali is here and like every year, channels will be pulling out all the stops to air their traditional Diwali shows. We've already unearthed info that Star Plus will air a special celebrity-studded event called Diwali Dilon Ki. Shah Rukh Khan and Kareena Kapoor will be at the event to promote their upcoming flick Ra.One. They'll shake a leg to the popular number Chammak Challo with an ensemble cast of Star Plus actors.
Besides SRK and Kareena Kapoor, telly stars like Sanjeeda Shaikh, Sayantani Ghosh and Daljeet Bhanot will be doing a devi act choreographed by Geeta Kapur, while Shakiti Mohan, Mukti Mohan and Aksshat Raj Saluja will perform a sizzling number. We're told that leads of popular shows like Ye Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Sasural Genda Phool, Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon?, Diya Aur Baati Hum Tere Mere Sapne and Hamari Devrani will be performing too, to add glam and Diwali sparkle.
Ragini Khanna, Shaheer Sheikh and Rupal Patel will host various segments of the show (choreographed by Geeta Kapur and Pappu Malu). Sanjeeda confirms, "Yes, I've done the devi act once again and it was great to perform with Daljeet Bhanot and Sayantani Ghosh." The event will go on floors by October 17, and will be aired every day for half an hour for a week. So get ready to celebrate the festival of lights with your favourite stars of the big and small screen…

and there was this feature called "show of the day" and there Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon was featured on tuesday😕.. so i don't know what dhamaka is gonna happen on tuesday!!
and there was another reference to IPK climbing up on trp charts in just 3.5 months! they said its achieved hit status now.
