I think you are right , Arnav was left breathless , his heart stopped for KKG.

when Khushi left his office , he could not bear to see her in pain .(again) The reason he closed his eyes , because I think he realised that he want too far. (again)Khushi only came to the office , in hope that she could reconcile Arnav and La .But poor Khushi , was just shouted at.

However , him being left breathless , i think is quite signifcant .I wonder what the cv's have instore for Arhi now . ..

But this time when Khushi left , he reacted a more diffent, his emotions and feelings ,for her are leaving him disoriented and muddled.

The mask that Arnav hides behind , is slowly started to slip away. Eventually , he will no longer be able to hide away those feelings for Khushi and will be declaring feelings for her, not soon , but eventually. I also think Khushi will start to notice , these little , but signifcant feelings that Arnav has for khushi too. Because I can see a lot more slip ups from Arnav in the future.

30th sep episode, last scene

ASR stopped breathing da moment kushi walked pass him. were my eyes fooled by da brilliant acting by barun & da background score or did ASR was left breathless resulting anjali's words to finally come true?!?! da whole saanse rukh jaane wali baath?!??!

we all know da effect kushi's teary eyes have in ASR but this time it was not only da tears that made him distressed. him agreeing that he has no feelings for blah and he doesn't give a damn for her leaving him. but da time stood still when kushi left him cuz it DID affect his breathing system. he closed his eyes in pain, shock and disbelief. his heart was beating for kushi kumari gupta and love does exist...

not sure if this topic was already discussed but when i flipped through pages before posting this, i didn't track any similar topics. anyways if there was one, im extremely sorry!
