Farewell week...In Every Glance, A Lifetime: The Saga of PraShiv💕
@bold : La didn't even attempt to learn...agreed that she is not a cook and she was upfront about it with Nani but if she has accepted to cook (which she shouldn't have in the first place - she should have refused if she was not able to do it), she could have paid attention to what Mami was doing. Mami herself is not a great cook as per Nani but she was still accepted by the matriarch - wasn't she?Originally posted by: XAiShBaBy08X
Well...Lavanya did try to cook at first, but she was terrible at it which is why Mami took over. I don't think it was fair of Nani to ask Lavanya in the first place, who had never cooked before, to prepare the entire dinner by herself. Instead, Nani should have helped and taught Lavanya. If Lavanya then wasn't putting in any effort, then Nani could have called her out on it.
I'm definitely not saying that I like Lavanya or the fact that Nani dislikes her is wrong. BUT not being able to cook is definitely not a good reason. Instead, Nani should focus on showing everyone Lavanya's true character. She obviously isn't so goodhearted! She treated Khushi terribly for no reason. But I really think that knowing how to cook and knowing all of the traditions aren't really important characteristics. Her willingness to learn these things is more important.
