This is why I am really hooked to this show. The feelings are so intense they can cut like a knife...! Absolutely loved Arhi today! Mamiji was not so bad either😊 Ok...Arhi part first. What a beautiful episode capturing the feelings of Arnav and Khushi both so well...it was riveting! Both having such strong feelings for each other, without realizing what exactly it is that they are feeling...Hats off to CVs for not oversimplifying it...
On one hand there was Khushi, trying to make sense of what she is feeling by categorizing it as a fear (yes, there was a bit of that too..., but that wasn't everything)..and trying to run away from feelings she has never felt before and the source of them...even begging Devi ma in the end to take a break and not give her any more challenges...Thinking in the back of her mind that she running into him all the time has to be related to Devi ma testing her...
Literally begging for him to show that he cares..by telling him that she is going to Lucknow forever...and almost instantly checking his face for how he reacts to that. Even her outburst at his house when she gave the resignation...had the biggest complaint that he did not care...Trying to convince herself that going to Lucknow is the best move forward...but sounding hollow...beautifully done...
The more complicated part was Arnav's...Here he was, desperately trying to talk to her...perhaps not knowing exactly what he was going to say...but knwing that he has to talk to her...there is something not right about her not talking to him...not listening to him... Everything that he had taken for granted so far..Yet, he is not a man who knows how to deal with not being listened to...At work he is the king and at home too...no one talks back to him...he does not have to say much and his sister understands...and here he was trying so hard...and she just clammed up. If he was as smooth as Shyam, he would know to give water to her first to make her relaxed...but that is where great Mr. Arnav Singh Raizada...is the one totally lost...After a couple of awkward moments when both of them reached for the glass simlutaneously ...he found it natual to just grab the glass and drink water before thinking of offering it to her...That irked her more...Another proof that he does not care...and she just wanted to run away...
Unable to express his thoughts/feelings, and not having a chance to do so...he gets angry...Still tries to comply to her request that if he opens the door she will listen to him...breaks it down impatiently ...she on the other hand is so frightened by his anger an his temper and still feeling hurt...tells him ..she does not want to listen to anything he has to say and runs away.
Brilliant!!
I think Devi ma has to soon intervene to get them together ...these two know how to run away from each other and but need some divine intervention to be together. So far devi ma has helped everytime...lets see what else she has in store...
BTW...did I mention how handsome our dear boy looked today😉

Oh...Mami was superb...all the female characters in this story are +ve (OK... even La is not so bad)...I think shyam has to do some heavy lifting to fill the void for the bad one, with some help from our dear boy himslef😊
