He eyed her enviously as she giggled and laughed; as she clapped her hands together excitedly; as she banged her palm to her forehead and exclaimed 'Hayye Devi Maiya!'. He gazed as her mouth opened into an 'O', like the clowns at a carnival, her eyes wide open as she stared at him, aghast at his rudeness; he saw as she slowly retreated, her eyes filled with hurt tears; as she walked out his sight, her posture weakened, sort of slouching; her early eagerness, happiness, all lost. He watched her get hurt, and he was the cause.

He slammed shut the door of the car, stepping out as the first drops of rain fell on him.
"Do you know, what you do to me? Do you know, how much you scare me? Don't you know how much I want you, but how much I wished you never existed, that you never came in my life?!"
He whispered coarsely as he knelt onto the gravel, his shoulders and head bent forward, buried in his grief.
"I wish I could love you"
He clenched his fists tightly, his nails almost tearing the skin. She was so effervescent, so full of colours, ever-so happy; and he was dull, grey; a body breathing, not living.
He didn't deserve her. There was a part of him that felt like it hated her, and he despised himself for that. How could he hate her? How could he blame her for everything that happened? It wasn't her fault! But everytime he looked at her, it tore him apart. He heard the gunshot, his mother's terrified shriek, the sound of his sister's bangles breaking; shards of sorrow.
He looked up at the clouds and roared, an agonized, tumultous echo, his rage and distress, both unleashed. A flock of terrified pigeons fluttered away in bewilderment.
She tried so hard to make him happy, to please him, to make him appreciate her, but all she got was his cold stare. Sometimes he even yelled at her! "I don't know what's happening to me. I don't know why I want to make him like me. Mein nahin jaanti ki usko bachpan mein kaise keede ne kaata, ki woh aaj aisa hai." She sighed and collapsed on the bed. She was feeling jittery; she could feel her heart-- and every other pulse in her body-- thumping furiously. She rested her head on the headboard of the bed, closing her eyes. 'Aankhein band bhi karti hoon, toh sirf woh nazar aata hai. Kyun?' she thought. Her head started to loll forward, but her nap was interrupted. Her heart skipped a beat. Her conscience warned her; someone was hurt...something was wrong.
He couldn't let her heart break; yet he, Arnav Singh Raizada, was the one who had vowed to get his revenge from the one who had ruined his sister's, his mother's, his life. That one person wasn't in this world, but his daughter, his Khushi, was.

I'm so meant to be doing homework, but once I have an idea in my head, I have to write it down, warna I will forget it😆
Anyways, this was my first OS on ArHi, and I know it probably didn't make sense
(like me😆)

EDIT: Oh, by the way, I forgot to mention, I based this on that promo, the one where Arnav is in the rain and saying ' Kaash mein tumse pyar kar sakta,' and Khushi on the other side is saying 'Kaash mein tumse nafrat karpati'
