We saw Khushi emotionally battered today by someone. She was brutalized with very harsh words and really didn't know which way to turn for relief. The verbal attack was harsh. No, it wasn't from Arnav. I found the words that spewed out of Khushi's "mother"'s and aunt's mouths far more poisonous than that of Arnav's. These words came from her family, not some stranger.
Even though the scene was drenched in all the stereotypical melodrama we have come to expect from Hindi serials, I found that when her mom first told her not to address her as her mother and then told Khushi she had proved that she was indeed not her own daughter extremely vicious. The girl is already broken, that was just adding salt to the wound.
Be very careful with your words "Amma", such stabs to the soul create the Arnav Raizada's of this world. 😉
