The Shlok that was shocked seeing Swathi in that condition and when he said "tumhara Shlok" is not the one in love with Swathi..because he made sure that Astha is safe first, then when he heard Aditi's side of story about Swathi ..guilt struck him,very badly indeed ..and that was out of guilt and the compassion for another individual his past love ..his first love indeed which made him say that sentence but not love. He loves Astha now ..and the love that he had for Swathi broke due to mistrust and his insecurities. This new Shlok loves Astha because he trusts her and is ready to defy his family, ready to forgo his life in order to protect her. There is a visible change in shlok now..he is not the guy who would not trust the person who loved him like he did before ...that is the change. He also said that word because she opened her eyes and he wanted to console her ..that is my take. But he is shattered ..completely in dismay to see the person whom he felt had betrayed him on life support and because of whom he hated the word love.The way he asked his dad for permission ie., the question he asked was not in requesting manner either ..he was awestruck at the person next to him ie., Astha who is his support at this phase of his life, as he has her support he can defy anyone from now one including his dad. Now he will turn a new leaf. It wil still take him time inorder to do that as he is shattered now but he will be out.
I too did not like how this whole Aditi matter is handled by CV;s and how Swathi's sotry is rushed, and why Astha had forgiven Gayatri to not to be arrested like I said before in rating of epi. If my time permits I would like wirte something for "3 souls who lost in love" my ramblings that is :).

At this point I would have been disappointed if shlok didn't show concern for swati at this stage when she is at deaths door, after professing so much love for swati whose betrayal changed him completely,and now when shlok finds out the truth, he will definitely regret and feel guilty and try to redeem himself somehow,it is very necessary and it shows that shlok is a caring and loving nature even though misguided many times,(it shows in his love for baba and astha too).👏

It's just a crap for me,cv s have turned blind.

If swathi becomes normal then shlok should have said bye bye to astha without taking a second.

Will shlok choose astha over swathi,if swathi is alive.after listening to tumhara shlok dialogue,I felt nausea🤢

agree vani.

there is nothing wrong with shlok's concern for swathi.

but i don't think he wronged swathi in any way for which he should redeem himself. i feel that she is the one who left him by judging the situation too soon. why would he accept swathi's accusations on his own mother right away? he actually acted maturely and talked to his mother before reacting.

😊i don't think shlok would choose swathi over aastha. he actually only feels sad for swathi because he once loved her. shlok is the kind of person who never leaves someone's side when they are in need. he showed that side of him in both the HMs with aastha.
