But the cgi effects ruined the movie. I was so badly reminded of ipk3 fiasco. in movie there were so many needless effects and I could see how much work team had put in but they forgot to focus on proper delivery of plot. The costumes were so over the top and colourful it was hurting my eyes. I was like did shirali designed the costume for this one too?

Honestly the drama was such a classic. each scene so beautiful. they focused on plot and acting rather than other things. make up was minimal and natural. I think hero wore three or four outfit throughout drama but it was according to his character. same goes for FL. although story was of mythical characters but the day to day scenes were somehow relatable. you could see and say OK this is possible. although I know for a fact that those gods and goddess were impossible to exist. yet there was a scene where hero was cooking food for their son because she couldn't cook and they didn't had any cook around and it was so normal scene. the same scene in movie showed him magically cutting the vegetables in air and then throwing that in pan and it came as showy and unnecessary .

Now I am 100 convinced that I need to check who is the director and writer of a drama before watching it.
