I feel he has really forgotten the past
He was about 3 / 4 years old when the tragedy took place
Advay threw him and that family adopted him
So he has most memories of his foster family
But something may trigger his memory here

I think Veer recognises the nickname 'Miku' coz he responded when Advay called Miku in the mela

He also remembers the whistle

He didn't react at all when he entered the haveli so he doesn't at least for now seem familiar with the haveli

I really hope makers will not disappoint and will do completely justice with the brothers' story line😊
