They are more like tears of frustration. He said she will only wear his naam ka dupatta and that is what happened. She can see that there is good chance that what he said will happen; that she will marry him and him only and there is so much going on around her that she doesn't know how to deal with it. One day he is hot, next day he is cold.

She is physically attracted to him but he has also told her what he thinks of her and her kaali neeyat. He intrigues her. He is a mystery she would like to solve but a part of her is also scared of what she will find. I think all the mumbo jumbo overwhelmed her and those were tears of frustration.

Has she accepted advay as her fate? She asks advay in their later scene what was the point of him putting on his Chunari on her, I assume because for the world she is officially engaged to PP.
