Lavs, the trio thought they had the right to make allegations against her coz they felt that she had survived in this jungle coz they had saved her. The ehsaan syndrome...where they want her to behave as they tell her to. Later they realized that she was popular...hence a threat and so they want her gone now and her independednt behavior irks them. In their heads, she's their slave coz they helped her get where she is today. She used to behave like a doormat earlier and Chetan rightly feels slighted when she nominated Jay instead of him.

Chetan told Mona and Mona told Anaida about the broom incident. Maybe he was expecting Anaida to come and clear the air. She didn't and later this JC discussion came up and everyone just went nuts.
