After bua is sent to asylum, ib theme was changed to social issues and we had short tracks like PDA on social media, superstition, English Hindi medium in schools,kids, etc etc... Then came mentalist who changelled shivika abt aove and destiny which was sused as a base to the story which is running now.. to incorporate mentalist challenge shivika characters are changed which make them shivika together and now it's a challenge to see if Shivaay and Annika will come together even though they r different from what they were.
