In the beginning, they showed that Roop was married and her husband was arrested for cheating the Oberois and that's why she's taking revenge.
Now they are showing a different story that she's an unwed mother and they threw her our of their lives.😆 Well, in that case Roop is not wrong by hating the Oberois. I do agree though that burning Kalyani mills and taking up so many lives is wrong due to which she proves herself to be worst than the Oberois.
Coming to Mr. Kapoor, he was also thrown out of his job because he did corruption. Looks like they changed his story too.😆
