Forum awards and feedback to development team

Peeps after suta posted that we got the bets forum award I realised that there was voting for forum and development team awards... Are there any awards or rather feedback for development team? When are they around? I wud want to give award for worst moderators, viewbies etc ... Can someone please answer asap coz I know this topic will be closed down very soon...

FYI ...moderators I know u will say it's against IF rule to ask such questions but if there r awards to honour those who did well, there shud b feedback system too ... N I donno where to ask about it and hence asking here ...

After all everywhere ppl now believe in 360 degree appraisal system ... So rewards ke saath negative feedback also shud b welcome

..that will help IF development team to improve and also to remove the sour grapes of development team ...

Khushi stop laughing at me... See I believe in 360 degree feedback system... If we as members r given warnings n rates...even development team shud b rated na.. n even they shud b open to negative feedback especially to some sour grapes ... Rofl... Even I'm waiting to see how long my post remains open

even i believe in feedback, but what's the point when no1 is actually gonna do anything now😆
