One of the most dramatic weeks of Ishqbaaaz history, and no one has posted here? What in the world is happening? Is there a boycott i don't know about?🤓 .. Mods you have a big problem if your forum is accused of favouritism, at least clear the air. After all its just a TV show, not a family feud.
This was the No.1 TV show forum for SO long, and now its a pale shadow. not because of the show itself, but because of fanwars and mod favouritism? Shame. Where has our chill gone?

Okay... so Svetlana sashays in using Abhay Singh Oberoi. The man vanishes but the proof he brought is being used by Svetlana to blow the Oberois into tiny little bits.
Abhay was right to rue that he made a collossal mistake letting Svetlana use him. And as Om said, he will regret the day he cooperated with the devil called Svetlana. Neither did his father or his family get their due rights, in fact Abhay is probably dead (to join another show) or held hostage somewhere by Svetlana. Shame for such a promising story to cruelly be shoved under the cupboard.
As soon as she gets a foothold, her target has been Shivaay. For obvious reasons, he is the Great Wall of SSO. She has been defeated enough times to know who has to be taken down first.
Today's speech introduction said it all, "Oberoi Empire was my grandfather Prithviraj Singh Oberoi's dream... his legacy continues in us" Its about not breaking Dadi's heart, not letting her see her husband's hard work burn to the ground or in the hands of a devil like Svetlana. (Sorry, I hate her so much, i cannot be appreciative)
Svetlana's Muh dikhaye
She wanted to announce herself as the new Bahu of Oberoi house. Quite a bombastic show of overconfidence. She tried to undermine Shivika and junior Oberois, but that gang is so tightly knit, she can't disturb them.
She was humiliated by her own scheme, exposed as drama queen in front of the media, had her nose snipped to complete the slap in the face by Annika. She vowed to use Annika to break the Oberois apart.
Kill the Obros using a bomb on Rudra
Attempting to kill Rudra with a bomb, and probably all 3 brothers at one go, that was one of her dumber ideas. Annika saved the day.

But she brings out the bazooka. While there is always doubt that the video footage is fake, maybe the footage is real but taken out of context. Like Daima's video was presented in such a way it really cause plenty of trouble.

Good thing Shivaay has begun investigating on his own, hopefully he finds out what truly happened, preferably before he leaves with Annika. Blackmailing him, threatening the family name is about the worst thing to do.
Using this footage, before he has had the chance to authenticate the actual events is terrible. Or did he find out and he's covering up for the family's dignity? For Dadaji and Dadi? Need more info.
Shivaay knew Svetlana threatened to use Annika to break the Oberois apart, so he kept her out of the loop. This time even her tears couldn't break the barrier, because it was she herself he was protecting from harm. ❤️
Humiliating Gauri and Om.
Svetlana staging an NGO visit to donate a sewing machine to Gauri, so she can work to provide for her nikamma husband and in laws was damned insulting to say the least.
Om is not a nikamma, he earns from his art, independently. The fury i felt at her disgusting taunts, I tell you. The man himself was sent off to Germany, at this crucial time, I'd like to serve a knuckle sandwich to the guy who did that. Coz Om is the only one who has as loud a voice as Shivaay in the house and is unshakeable with the truth.
Hmmm, perhaps that is why he was sent away. So Shivaay's shoulder is weakened on one side. The one support he cannot forcefully shut out like he did Annika. How easy would it be to orchestrate an exhibition in Germany for Om to go to? The man has to work too right? Paintings don't get shown in galleries for free.
Rudra is hurt, but he is by Shivaay's side, no doubt about that. He looked a lot sadder than he did when Annika attacked Shivaay all those moons ago.
Gauri calmly accepting the donation with thanks, was a little underwhelming especially after being insulted as illiterate and of low class. Repeatedly calling her Chulbul is demeaning to say the least. But it fits her nature, to be humble, as she is Gauri Kumari Sharma, the pious humble girl with fiery hate for injustice. Her chance to fight back will come.
Cancelling Rudra and Tej's credit cards
Again could be easily orchestrated. Never mind that Rudy just lost the "love of his life" Bhavya, and his "almost but not quite" wife Saumya is the one running after her bus. But the boy BOUGHT A POWERBIKE ?! One might forgive all those different people calling him immature.
But still, credit cards had to be seen as cancelled so another front hall drama could be had. Didn't you guys think Tej would be a lot MORE furious if his credit cards were cancelled by Svetlana??
Shivaay saved the day by paying for Rudra's bike, and the family gets another hour or two of happy joyrides and indulgent fun.
Kalyani Mills fire secret kept aside
If you ask me, Svetlana could have easily just leaked the video to the media and watched the Oberoi Empire fall down like a house of cards, each member discredited and penniless. But she didn't, which means the video is probably fake. And this way, the senior Oberois are safe from exposure of whatever the actual secret they were hiding about the factory fire. That 4th crying man, was it Svetlana's dad?
I so wish at the end of all this drama, we get some disclosure of this secret, coz dragging the secret so long, results in lost of interest in the secret itself. So when you reveal it, ppl would be so fed up already with the buildup..😆
Press Conference
This press conference is the payback for humiliating Svetlana the other day in front of the press. When she stood in front of the camera, laughed at and mocked, for all the nasty things she had done to wheedle her way into this family.
Today, Svetlana: Tej's secretary/Tej's mistress/Tej's fiancee/Om's fiancee/ Abhay's wife is the OWNER of 50% of Oberoi Empire. And none other than the Oberoi Scion, Shivaay Singh Oberoi to be the one to announce it, with pomp, buntings and confetti.
Only the cackling was missing. Hope she choked on her spit as she laughed.😡
Forcing Shivaay to belittle his brothers is something the family should have understood immediately. That's why Tej is at hand to create enough drama, as others just watched is utter disbelief.
Because Shivaay belittling his brothers is such an unbelievable thing to hear. Like you'd send him for CT scan to check if he had a tumour or something.
So this leads me to my suspicion. Feel free to disagree with me. If I am wrong, fine, i just enjoy a good web in a tale.
THEORY : Tej is in cahoots with Svetlana.
To remove Shivaay, you target the brothers, then you target his lovely wife. If he has warned them, you go for the business, the money, the family name. Then you go for the one woman who supports him more than his own mother: Jhanvi. And light a fire under Pinky, so she does the needful to protect her own legacy.
Angering Jhanvi enough to banish Shivaay, while Om is away was very clever. The woman's one weakness is her husband, Tej. She is a puddle of mush when it comes to him, as seen through all their previous scandals with Svetlana, and even the Peter Swami-Kaveri nonsense. She is the biggest loser here, if my suspicion is right.
So, if Tej demands Shivaay's 50% as a show of loyalty, that makes TejLana 100%. Back to square one of early Ishqbaaaz.
Pinky had this look about her yesterday while Tej shouted about Shivaay not giving his own shares away. Maybe she senses something, because that God-awful wrestling match with Jhanvi coming up, reeks of her insecurity for what will be left for her and her husband...
Annika-Shivaay parallels
Yes, i got a lot of flak on Twitter for postulating that Annika was leaving first in the promo. That was because Svetlana openly threatened that Annika will be the reason for Oberois to split up.
Yesterday it became obvious that he had even thought of protecting her from that angle by shutting her out of the plan. When everybody wondered what Shivaay was up to, she honestly said, "I really have no idea, let's see together.." No way, no one can point fingers at Annika, saying she did anything.
Many moons ago, Annika used bitter truth as a weapon and attacked Shivaay, at the behest of Pinky. She insulted OmRu and the Oberois for using him and his generosity and expecting to be handed everything. She called Om illegitimate and got thrown out by Shivaay himself.
This time, Shivaay used bitter truth, and attacked OmRu and his own family, at the behest of Svetlana. And my hunch is Tej is behind it too, because you can see, his emotional response is the lynch pin of the whole dramatic scenario. His rage, his ranting, his fighting with Pinky, no holds barred, and the heart attack.
Wow. Shivaay hit in all sides. Diabolical.

That said. What spectacular performances all around by every cast member this week. Nakuul just blew everyone away with his performance of the man forced to cut off both his arms; the pain, the misery all too palpable.
Mahesh Thakur was stupendous yesterday, i was a little afraid of the rage also, yipes!
Nitika Anand and her fiery stance was perfect foil to Tej's rage, these two are such a sadistic pleasure to watch.
Leenesh and his Rudra's silent torture of watching his Superman Bhaiyya getting hit badly, and despite being hurt, he goes to hold him up. Love the Obros really.
Now awaiting Kunal to come and smash his anticipated return sceene like a Boss.!
Just perfect performances from the entire cast all around. Congrats to them all...!!
