the thing is all the senior oberois r complicit in some way so they all would be in some trouble coz they all lied😆, so shivay is basically protecting all of them 😆 imagine all the parents in jail while the kids have to deal with their mess😆

Obros se toh kuch bataya ki nahi pata nahi. But i guess he thinks obros will not MU him like senior oberois.😆 Calculation miss huva toh he himself caused heart break and rift. 😆
