Now she's actually got Shivaay and is actually thinking of a future with him so the thought of ever losing him or him ever not loving her must scare her so much. It's realistic, those thoughts don't just go away and can brought back by anything. She knows it'd destroy her if it ever happened and she doesn't know how she'd ever live without him or his love. These insecurities have always been a part of Anika and this track just brought them out. It's a comedy track but the insecurities that she voiced today are in character for her character and its good that Shivaay knows that she has them and that Bhavya helped him understand. It's good that Shivaay knows that his actions can make her deepest insecurities come out and he needs to remember that and that he knows to now reassure her and help her see that he'd never stop loving her.

Also I get that everyone wants a SR but considering Anika is a girl that has these insecurities from the start and desperately needs assurance and guarantee that what her deepest insecurities tell her will never happen, it's good that before she gives the only part of herself that's she's kept back from her husband to him that she has the assurance she desperately needs. I think she's deserves that at least. To know before her SR that he'd keep loving her until his very last breath even when she's grey and wrinkled.

That after their SR when those insecurities come knocking just like they did after she first said I love you that she can combat that with Shivaay's words and the reassurances he gave her. This is the girl who was even scared to even contemplate falling in love because she thought she'd never be enough. This is the girl who wasn't just scared to fall in love but was scared to give in to the love that she already knew she felt because she was so sure that she'd lose that love and she knew that gaining something and then losing it would kill her and it'd hurt tons more than never having it. But that girl finally did give into love and take a risk despite her insecurities and what she thought she knew and that girl needs this. She deserves to voice her insecurities and have her husband try to get rid of them and to be made to feel like a princess and to know that he'll never stop loving her. There's no rush and imo she deserves to feel completely safe and secure and loved eternally before their SR. She needs to know this. When she knows that he'll love her at what she considers to be her "worst" only then will she feel completely comfortable being with him at her best. She needs to know that this isn't temporary and it's forever and this is it for them and to fully know that for sure and Shivaay will show her and he'll show her that he's in love with her heart and not just her body. Physical beauty can change and fade but inner beauty never will and that's what he loves.

Have you ever seen a Indian pairing on TV that has so much depth. Where the writers go out of their way to show that there isn't just physical attraction and lust filled looks there but there is a real dil ka connection and understanding and bond that can never fade. Where they actually have the pairing talk about a very common problem and have the hero reassure the heroine and not only make the heroine but us too the audience too believe in their connection. If you watch Gul's previous shows then you'd see that they've really pushed the boat out in trying to show something different with this pairing and to show them beyond trip and fall eyelocks and physical attraction and to show a lot of depth and a huge connection and imo today's scene was one of them and tomorrow's from the precap seems like it'll probably be. They're actually having the hero openly saying that he loves her beyond the body and the body might get old but the heart never will and that's what he loves and imo that is quite unique. Yeah the writers make some mistakes but I don't think these two scenes are a mistake. This pairing is beyond anything I've seen on Indian shows. They have their own rhythm and style and something that is just Shivika and these two scenes remind me of that. When they fight its in their own style, when they make up its in their own style. Their intensity is my favourite bit and I hope they never lose that.

I think Anika's insecurities make sense. She's always been scared of losing Shivaay and because of this she's always tried to live in the now. I think once during a convo with Sahil after her first confession to Shivaay when he was unconscious she said that she's already so scared of losing Shivaay and what would be her condition if she actually gained him and then lost him and that thought scares her more than anything and she talked about how she was scared of being weak and that's why she couldn't be in love. That was Anika. Someone who was scared of being in love because she was scared that it'd make her weak and destroy her.

Am not saying Anikas insecurities are not justified. Yes she was scared of loosing shivay n being in love but that was the Anika before the seperation . Post seperation she knew n had an first hand experience of loving n loosing . With this knowledge which gave her courage she came back to fight for her for him for them n she did it flawlessly with confidence . I did not see or feel her insecurities anywhere ofcourse not seeing does not mean not there too .

Yes she has him for good and how they came back to be together after being thru so much was so beautiful to see . They went the full circle with vows , saying what they feel acknowledging their emotions very publicly. I agree her insecurities are very real n they need to be addressed . But this is not the only one and this is serious enough to just be a stand alone problem during a unnecessary comic sequence . Yes Shivay needs to understand her deepest fears bug that comfort of sharing ones deepest fears stems from the dynamics in the relationship.

This marriage the second time was with a different Anika safe n secure in the knowledge that he loves her and she trusted him so much that she shut his explanations about another girl being in his room with i trust you .

Yes many want SR ... when that complete surrender happens then this sharing of everything that is you happens . There is no shame or fear in sharing the insecurities, fears or feelings or thoughts . This should have happened naturally between them ... each being there for the other without a third person telling you what it is that your spouse is going thru .

Your last paragraph about this pair being different is exactly why this should have been done with care given time n addressed differently. There is nothing normal about this pair the magic they weave is beyond compare .They emote beautifully...this out of character behaviour should not have bought this on ... if you remember their argument during Tanyas phase where he compares n says that she did a better job or a situation along those lines would have been fitting to show case most of her insecurities ...Hence this now least of all brought out thru a comic sequence was not needed n seems Not fitting or justified to me

Actually I feel it made sense as she never seen him like this with other girls except with his frnds like Mallika.A ctually he is not flirting with them but she always seen him not paying any attention to unknown girls this much also,We also know he is acting but if we look from POV of Anika,she feels like he is not giving much attention to her like before😆,i mean any newly married girl expects more attention from husband😆 ,he had flewed away right after their wedding and no address for 15 days😆 and flaunted the Tanya chick between them ,actually she was quite upset when she was not allowed/ able to enter their room in previous episodes,she was even sometimes mentioning about romance behind sofa scene,wanted to be with him lonely in jungle,so Anika wants his attention desperately right now😆,i t is quite normal for a newly married girl(don't think I have experience ,didn't married yet😆) and we feel bad sometimes when even our frnds makes fun of us for whatever reason and upar se those aunties😆,Anika just become mad because of that wig😆 and playing old 😆.If not giving attention to her she atleast wants Shivay to avoid those girls😆.Now she feels like if Anika doesn't look/dress good he gives less attention,so if she becomes old and lost charm,whether he lose interest in her,I mean any girl get these kind of insecurities regarding looks after marriage if husband didn't praise her often I guess😆

I generally blabber whatever I feel eventhough sometimes don't know whether I make sense or not😆.I am not taking this show seriously nowadays😆 so I don't put much thinking sometimes,i just watch shivika scenes only depending on the people's reviews and updates😆.

I forgot to add one thing ,Actually this shivika track sums up to 20 mins max I guess but they are stretching it showing 2 or 3 mins daily,so we feel like this is a track otherwise it is actually small scene if they show it continuously.

,But instead of showing this they can show Anika not bothering about anything and Shivay going after Anika often and chupke chupke romance to make it romantic if they want,but they doesn't want to bring romantic feel now I guess don't know the exact reason,may be some raita going to happen bcz of sister track I think.If they give romantic scenes now and immediately start raita failoing bcz of sis track/whatever cvs may be thinking they get backlash from the fans with continuous chops one after the other😆 right after increasing their expectations😆

They showed Anika getting angry when he was not listening to her explanation when she was complaining about Tanya,but they become normal again in jungle episodes,Actually they should have addressed there itself instead of just Shivay saying sorry about Tanya matter.But Shivay clearly giving less attention to Anika now and not avoiding those girls I mean Celebrities like Rappers doesn't need to be only like this na,they can avoid girls by acting like taking calls in his phone etc.,

But he was not at all giving any attention to Tanya or praise Tanya and moreover she showed insecurity by crying a lot begging him na to tell the tru th I mean she also felt insecured and got angry and shouted at him in that arguements that time(ofcourse he didn't do anything about that other than saying token sorry at the end)So similarly now she is also angry with him when he was not paying much attention to her like before,Has he shown desperate to be with Anika like before??when daadi keeping 2 feet rule he was so desperate to be with her but not now like before.So little insecurities comes time and again based on the other person's behaviours particularly with people like Shivay who flips in a minutes of time.Shivay is shown flipping often who knows when he flips again😆,he has not been consistent na,he only say words or make promises but doesn't keep them most of times😆.So little insecurities are common in Anika.

Actually the difference is he is considering this small insecurity of her and assuring her about it strongly and convincingly this time unlike in Tanya's case😆.

I think you agreed anika's insecurity is not wrong and made sense later?And again you are saying you are not agree with the timing?You are so much confused due to inconsisties I guess😆 i agree this happens when they show continuous flips in characters.But this time they are in their characters only eventhough don't know why can't Shivay avoid those girls😆.If we talk about execution, because of horrible editing we can't expect much from these Cvs😆,t hey give half baked scenes only,just watch like scene wise or episode wise .Inconsistencies are common in IB land😆 don't put much thinking into this as writer herself doesn't think much and put depth before throwing any track,but only bcz of the actors making it convincing we sometimes get connected to them 😆

@Nihara LoL yeah we are confused souls ...what i am saying is insecurities arenormal for all ... they are not situational. Situations bring them out . This comedy bringing out her insecurities into play is pathetic or not right .

N my whole point is lets just say my idea of dealing with them( from experience ofcourse) is pretty different. The when where n hows as compared to nows in the show differ.

@ bold exactly this was not the time for age-related insecurities. Budhi ho jaongi and all that does not come into play at age so young. I still remember when she was recording him cooking before separation there was a mild discussion about it then also. At that point in time it was actually very cutely done, but this does not make sense. Her insecurity makes sense but not here. But then this is IB land.

I am officially in rehab for this addiction...lol😆 . Think about the level of my addiction I had to come up with my own version of their tales.
I will really be surprised if they get TRPs with this trAck ... if they do I really do not understand or will i ever be able to fathom how a human brain receives n perceives things 😆 😉

Human brain hahaha...yeah it has weird ways. It is the most mysterious and mystical too. How were the TRPs last week?

Don't know how far cvs we're thinking when they decided Shivika's disguise costumes , it was chosen because they want to show the insecurity issue or having chosen the outfit they decided to show the insecurity, don't know which came first 😆 Now that's the outfit they got , one thing both were not prepared was the attention that Billu got from the " fan girls " and he had no choice but to keep up with the facade 😆 Otherwise it's totally out of character for him to behave like that and that aunties were not that helpful either by nagging Anika all the time ! So it was a situational issue and I think it was cvs intention to show two things, one Ani's insecurity and another thing, being the practical guy that is Shivaay , he was clueless to whatever made Anika upset in the first place 😆 , as he said for him issue wasn't that big but for her she had a bad day and what would've been otherwise taken as a joke in a normal day , made her insecure and upset.

Whether we needed this track, I don't know but it wasn't a bad one either, we've seen some crazy tracks in IB 😆 What would've been otherwise a ten minute track in a previous IB episode , is now shown over three days and it feels like the track is dragged , but the time spent on this particular issue is not more than 10-12 minutes 😊

Do not know Anjali ... am all for crazy tracks as long as it does not kill the enthusiasm of looking forward to the story moving on in the right direction blended in with something that made sense if not logic. To me all is lost n it hurts to watch something you love with a loss of sense n sensibilities.
