Can You Imagine This???
A month! It had been a month since the revelations to the entire fiasco, of Ragini, of Vikram... of Pinky as well. The illegitimacy thing was finally out in front of Shivaay, making him aware of the reality of his birth. Anika, finally had braced herself and told him the truth she was wanting to hide and he was demanding to know. The truth was definitely harder than he had imagined. Things had messed up pretty bad then, followed by Shivaay's emotional outburst in Anika's arms, his just one question to his mother - where did he fail as a son?, and later on his decision of moving out of Oberoi Mansion for a while. Pinky, had tried convincing Shivaay that Anika was lying, trapping him again but then, Gauri and Omkara had stepped in where Gauri had verbally let out everything and Omkara's silent support had done more than required work. How Om had wished to change everything in his brother's life! That brother who had staked his own relation to hide the bitter reality which he had thought to be of Om's but there wasn't much he could have done other than supporting Shivaay in every way he could.
There had been a remarkable change in Pinky in the one month where Shivaay had been missing from her eye sight. Not only she had grieved on his absence but had cried every night missing her son who was her pride. She had been dying to hear 'Mom' from him. Shivaay was Kamini's son by birth, of course. There wasn't a doubt in that but the thing which could not be denied was, Pinky's affection towards him. Despite of not being her own kid, she had always given him all the love and care, any mother would give but then, Anika had come into the picture, unknowingly building Pinky's insecurities. Though Anika hadn't contributed much in doing that but still, the moment she had showed up as not only Anika but Mrs. Shivaay Singh Oberoi, it had started shaking Pinky's faith in her position in Oberoi Mansion. She wasn't sure what she was so scared of but she certainly was.
Pinky had done everything she could, to get Anika out of her home and her son's life. It did not matter her if that was right or wrong, justified or not. She had blackmailed Anika on account of exposing Shivaay's illegitimacy in front of him but something no one knew was, Pinky could never had told him. She could never had. That was a plain trick she had played to kick Anika off from Shivaay's life and Anika was fallen in the trap. Pinky could have done anything to throw Anika out of her home but she would never have made Shivaay know - that she wasn't his real mother and he wasn't her real child. Why? Because no matter what, no matter if he had come from her womb or not, no matter if he was her blood or not - He was her Shivaay, her bacchha, her Parwarish. She had loved him dearly.
Realizing the same, Pinky had insisted to her husband, for taking her to Shivaay who was staying in an another home, he had brought on Anika's name which he was planning to gift her on their wedding, three months before but unfortunately, circumstance hadn't allowed him to do that. But like they say - everything happens for a reason. May be this was the reason behind that. In the one month, Shivaay had been trying to let the truth sink in, his system that the lady, he was considering over God, his mother wasn't actually his mother but the Kamini, whom he hated with his all heart was. That was too much to digest. Even a month couldnt make him accept that. Pinky's sudden visit had surprised him and the thing, that he still called her Mom' and hugged her, broke her entirely and her tears had broke him. Both Shakti and Anika had been watching the duo with misted eyes. After all, they were the two who had seen the vulnerable life they were living individually. Shakti had seen Pinky's while Anika had seen Shivaay's.
"Tu kal bhi mera hi bacchaa tha. Aj bhi hai aur hamesha mera hi rahega..."
Those were the words, the mother in Pinky had told her son, Shivaay. There, a mother was assuring her child and Shivaay had just nodded his head assuring his mother, that he was her... her part, her Ansh, her son.
