I think technically its to fool viewers who don't know that ML is fake. Apart from that maybe shivika convo after the tia revelation can clear why they were getting over emotional over fake drama😆

They did it , because nbz were keeping watch at them even when they were alone in room😕, n also anika is addicted to insult and manhandling,😆

no idea and I really hope they give an explanation, i do think Shivay and Anika were playing games with this each other within the whole ML game. I also think they had some disagreements over certain aspects of plans and also hiding certain things (like daima and that shivay had never signed initial divorvce papers) and were forced to go along - that will make it more believable for me :)

Possible! because he would not have revealed about the Om video(exact nature of it) and divorce paper sign nahi ki yeh nahi bataya hoga. Or maybe anika had decided to go out after tia exposure. So SSO asking all fark padta hai drama. I don't even want to drag other show ka dialog to add more confusion than already is. 😆

Confusing it is. ... but i don't think that all scenes were fake though. ... media should be banned from the sets

He needed to be if this plan was going to be executed perfectly. Him being in the dark and messing the plan because of his unwavering faith in Tia would not have worked. It would have been counter productive. Also, saving and protecting Annika while she feigned ML was important with Om in Barelliy and Rudy not always present.
Besides, I cannot see him placing the safety of Annika's life in someone elses hands.

They are and were up against a very shrewd bunch of people who already had too many advantages over them in their plans. They had to make the act as real as possible. There was no room for mistakes or even a minor slip. If all this unraveled because of one tiny mistake they would never get another shot at this again. Once alerted Mrs. K would get even more vigilant. The old SSO had to be brought back for a little while because the new Shivvay was not comfortable doing what he was. Hence the 'ninja flick' all the time.
He had to make this as believeable as possible so that they would le their guard down and focus only on Shivvay and Annika's emotional back and forth. How did Mrs. K not notice that the priest was not their Family priest performing the ceremony, or that Rudy was missing and how would Annika get Robin if she was not thrown out without alerting Mrs. K
So I guess they had to stage these intense scenes for Mrs. K's benefit as a smoke screen. The more Shivvay hurt Annika the more Tia and Mrs. K smirked in happiness and relaxed as this wedding became more and more believable. You have to admit whatever the means - they achieved their end and without him divorcing his wife.
Give them credit for that yaar!! and enjoy that it was not the real Shivvay.

why anika was asking about their relationship? Why was SSO asking 'farq padta hein?!😆
That may have been an act but the questions are real. In the sense that it is what is at the crux of the matter of whether she stays or goes. I have a feeling that was all for the benefit of the NB's watching as Shivvay very coolly admitted (during the plot being revealed) that he is already married to Annika. So this whole hesitation, not committing may have been part of the act but we have to see if that changes after Tia leaves .
Annika may really be leaving and that is where he is desperate to make her stay. She knows that even if they feel whatever it is for each other he will always have the stress of choosing between her and Pinky.

So much confusion😆
