Please help. Not understanding anything

Hi people.So...I didn't watch some recent episodes and was not active in the forum for sometime. Now I'm flooded with doubts. Please do clear them.

1. DBO is a spin-off focusing on Om's and Rudra's love story

1) Dil bole oberoi is a spin off of IB - probably like an extension concentrating on OmRu Stories.
2) From what i hear Om will be majorly there in DBO but Rudra will be in IB for sometime and DBO also😕😕
3) Rudra is already married in a way to Soumya. But i guess they will not accept the marriage and their further story will be dealt with in DBO!
4) No idea!😆 He has not realised and there is no self talk shown. We can assume he likes anika to love her as per what we think of his actions. Open to interpretation! I like that for now.

Everything related to DBO is actually confusing and as details are yet to come. Before the show starts they won't reveal much.
