Why is Tia truth not out in front of Shivaay?

After my long rant about Shivika story being stuck and repetitive scenes in episodes (visit is drama in every episode a necessity? )I was wondering why the Tia being married truth is not out in front of Shivaay.

How can it change anything.

Shivaay will realize how wrong he was in judging Tia.

That he knows anyways. Tia is pregnant and its not his baby. So why is he being tolerant with Tia?

Again, if he finds the truth, how does it change anything? Its not like Shivaay pampers Tia now. He avoids her whenever possible. He also knows she cheated on him and is trying to foist someone else's baby on him.

So say Shivaay realizes that Tia and Robin were married. Tia and Mrs Kapoor blackmail Shivaay and Anika wid Om's secret and a few more videos making Shivaay agree to their demands and stay quiet. Now this scenario will not change anything as far as the current storyline is concerned and yet there will be a progress in Shivika relationship

1. Shivaay and Anika can discuss how to get out of this mess

2. Shivaay-Anika will be united when Pinky or house members blame Anika for things (they are now as well bt there Shivaay will be helpless cz Tia is his mistake)

3. Shivaay introduced Tia as Mrs Oberoi in the first place and it will serve him right if he realizes the hole he dug for himself.

So my question is when Shivaay knowing Tia's truth doesnt change much of Shivika or ShiTia equation and yet changes the storyline for good, why is this dragged?

I'm not saying bring Tia truth infront of family, but bring it in front of Shivaay at least.

He knows baccha is not his. But he also knows that Tia is pregnant so she has cheated on him. I think somewhere, Tia doesnt affect him enough to even deserve his anger and so he ignores her. He just wants to get out of this mess and is waiting for the right time.

But

He doesnt know that Tia is married and her husband was around the whole time- that will be a blow not to mention, an important sequence.

I mean they dont even try...shivaye is truly dumb..cctv cameras toh theek karooo yaar..

what happened to the pvt investigator...security???? nothing really is working,,,,

everyone has their own set of problems..shivaye and anika are busy being attacked...tej romancing, rudra n om are busy with their crap...so dont know who is going to expose tia or solve issues...

Today is the day when I am going to write on all ur posts. 😆
Nothing makes sense to me.
Shivaay is a tubelight.He keeps on changing what he wants.
My points for after the expose
1.Shivaay is tolerant of Tia but he still doesn't know that Tia is behind the attacks and he wont spare her when he comes to know the reality.
2.Anika will stop getting blamed(for sometime atleast) and she will stop shedding ganga -jamuna.
3. Hopefully ShiVika's divorce issues will get resolved. I mean Anika doesn't know where she stands,if she goes then Shivaay doesn't let her go but if she stays then he doesn't commit and only calls her "responsibility".After this she will decide whether to stay or go(As if she will go but whatever[lol])
4. best part is PINKY WILL SHUT UP. She will stop "meri Tia", "sadak chhhap and all that jazz".
5. Also ,Shivaay cant avoid what he has with Anika.He has to face it whether he wants her in his life or not bcos after the truth comes out there is no reason for Anika to stay. She wont be his "responsibility" anymore.
Lot of things will change if NB gets exposed.

I apologize in advance as it is a long post (mine always seem to be ...lol)😆

This is just my p.o.v. and I could be wrong. What exactly is the ShivIka's equation right now??? Are they ready to step out in public as Mr. and Mrs. Shivvay Singh Oberoi if Tia is eliminated??? Is Shivvay ready to present her to the world as his wife??
When the truth comes out, will Shivvay heave a sigh of relief because he is no longer the father of Tia's child and that she was married so had the child in that marriage, which means now at last he can officially be married to Annika and announce her as his wife or will he just be relieved becuz he is no longer obliged to marry Tia and can now use this information as a leverage to keep Om's secret safe??

If the truth comes out this is what will happen - ShivIka will not change becuz Shivvay may be madly, deeply and insanely in love with Annika but has not admitted it to be 'love' yet. In his opinion right now she is his 'need' and his 'responsibility' that is all. He does everything an ideal husband should do but does not admit to being one - why??? He is willing to admit secretly to Sahil and the PI that she is his wife but hesitates calling her that on her face - why?? He asserts all his rights and claims on her life and time as a legally married man but does not give her the status that she should enjoy as his legally married wife- why?? He shields her from every thing and every one who even dares to look her way, forget attack her, including his own birth mother,with the utmost loyalty of a husband but has never mentioned that he is that when defending her - why?

It is because Shivvay may love Annika to the moon and back but that does not make her eligible as an Oberoi wife and daughter-in-law. His first stirrings of love and his open admittance to her importance in his life without reservation or shame in front of the Family is the first beautiful and mammoth step to the NKK breaking and crumbling. What he is doing within the Family unit will soon snowball one fine beautiful sunny day to mirroring these very actions in public for the world to see.

He is changing and the beauty of it all is that he is so innocently unaware of these huge changes happening within himself because of how naturally and smoothly they are taking their course. There has not been, and I am sure there never will be, any demanding, coercing or emotional blackmailing on Annika's part ever for these changes to happen. That is why it is so beautiful - Shivvay and Shivvay alone is changing himself and demanding these changes from himself - no external pressure as Tej said and rightly pointed out to Pinky.
The change that comes from within is always the most permanent and poignant one.

So what has all this got to do with the Tia drama dragging???
When Tia leaves the ShivIka dynamics should have gone through the metamorphosis by then, from Annika being a need and responsibility to being his pride and his honour.
If Tia is exposed now Annika will always view herself as his duty and responsibility not his wife by choice because we know he will not break the marriage since he loves her but she will assume because he feels responsible for her he has stuck on with the marriage.
He wants to stay in the marriage because he firmly believes in it but only we know he did not sign the divorce papers, Annika does not know that. If Tia is exposed Annika will assume that because the pressure to divorce her is off Shivvay has to now fulfill his obligation and his responsibility as a husband out of a sense of duty.
If Tia is exposed now Shivvay will stop altogether or retreat a few steps back in exploring what is more important, Annika or NKK, as he no longer has to face the threat of Annnika ever leaving him. He becomes satisfied with the way things stand and lets things stand the way they are. We all know how he hates making decisions where these situations are concerned.
If Tia is exposed now Pinky would not reach a point where she would use any means fair/foul to get rid of Annika from the OM (like the Roop/Jhanvi case in the past). This means Tia's true nature and colours will never be exposed directly to her. She will always hold in her heart that special place for Tia that Annika will never be able to fill. She needs to see how much more worthy Annika is for Shivvay compared to Tia.

Tia was his choice because of NKK - Annika should be his choice in spite of NKK

I beg to differ here shivaay is not dumb, its that so many things are happening at the same time he is unable to react or think about the things happening around him. Thou NBs plans are stupid and idiotic they are quite smart as they are creating problems one after other but by pushing wrong buttons. Like that day after Anika almost hanged and after shivaay and Anika going through a lot. He kind of figured out everything that happened with him was all planed. U see it is not shivaay's fault only if all the three brothers are open to each other, it wouldn't have been difficult to figure out everything.

please he is being stupid here ..come get the cctv cameras rolling have meeting with khanna..who took the wedding video pvt investigator..come on he is smart businessman show ur attiude n power..

The thing is, he is not smart enough fir the Kapoor sisters, they are playing him big time!

He wants to solve all the problems on his own to shield the family, but what inadvertently happens is they are being put in more danger because he has not solved a single problem as yet

They believe that Svetlana can walk, yet instead of hiding, they should install the cctv in corridor, Svetlana has been doing a lot of mischief by walking eg acid in coffee, oil on floor, the video with Om(was she standing in that video at all?)

Many more, so far no one even figured the link between the Sisters, and obviously someone is constantly trying to set up Anika, so by the Kapoor standards, Shivay and his gang seem dumb!

I think the writers feel if the antagonists are figured out they will have to come up with another Antagonist
