What Happens in Switzerland

Synopsis
In the aftermath of Tia's revelation, the growing chasm between Shivaay and Annika finally gets to breaking point. While Shivaay wallows in the guilt of all that he has done, Annika finally shuts down. Reeling in built resentment, she moves even further away from her husband, who is now desperate for redemption.
Meanwhile, on the path to forgetting their accidental marriage, Rudra and Saumya distance themselves from each other. Rudra tries to get back into the routine he religiously followed before she came, while Saumya decides that maybe its time she agrees to get married to Rehaan.
There seems to be no hope, what with nothing but four broken hearts.
However, if there's something that the Oberoi family is known for, it is their industriousness.
So when Tej suddenly forces Shivaay to take Rudra overseas to further acquaint him with business, and Jhanvi and Pinky insist that Annika and Saumya go on a holiday to celebrate Saumya's graduation, it shouldn't be a surprise when they all end up in the same place.
In a foreign country, with divine misfortune and planned hindrances, these four have a world of problems thrown at them.
In the end, all they have is each other, and hand in hand, they need to overcome everything and all that causes rifts between them.
When they return, all the family can hope is to see them all happy once again.
After all, what happens in Switzerland, stays in Switzerland.

Hello everyone!
So this is a short story that has been begging to be penned for a while, so I've finally decided to oblige myself. I'm extremely sorry to all the readers of ISOSL and I promise that I'm really trying to finish it up soon, but with all the stuff that is happening on the show, I feel like I'm really lacking inspiration 😕
Anyways, this is supposed to be a cute fic, but at times, it does get slightly dark.
Mind aware, all of our beloved characters will be put to the test in Switzerland, so expect to see a mix of happiness, romance, mild angst and some crime (!).
