It's 90% confirmed it's not Om in today's episode. Shivay easily twisted Jhanvi's story according to his imagination or Mrs Kapoor's words. Agar najayaz hotha tho Jhanvi itni calmly discuss nahi kar rahi ho thi. Shivay bhi na buddhu hain LOL
