Its not Oberoi Mansion...its her home, actually the set is same, the room that is shown as Tia's house in actually inside OM set itself. Nonetheless its drama time!!!
That is why Mrs. Kapoor was calling by phone, and Pinky didn't reach there..

No Tia was commiting suicide at her own her house.
Tabhi to Pinky said that Mrs kapoor was trying to call u. Agar wo OM me hoti to khud hi bula leti na call kyu karti?
And ShivIka went to Tia's house waha par ye sara kaand hua.
And ofcourse Tia started her so called "Suicide drama" when Shivay came, us se pehle to she must be practicing her dialouges
"Shivay baby mera kuch khatta khane ka man kar raha hai" ya "Shivay baby tumhare Oberoi dharamshala me ek aur bin bulaya mehman aane wala hai"
