don't think Robin is dead. If that was the case, Tia would not have been so cool. Mostly they are trying to plot one of the 2 brothers of Shivaye to mint money from him through Blackmail funda. Shivaye will give in as he still think Robin is Tia's brother and to save his brother, he will give in. So to save the Oberois, Anika might take the blame on herself as there is no reason for Shivaye to yield to blackmail.

But one can't be sure of Tia's mother, she is capable of getting her own SIL killed to get huge money.
