Why Ishqbaaz is so disappointing?

Ishqbaaz was a very promising show in the starting, but like every other show it will turn into saas bahu drama.Unfortunately in bits and pieces it has already turned into one.Yes this post is gonna be damn offensive for some people, so I will politely request you to not read any further.
I really liked Ishqbaaz, even with the typical cliches it had, and the semi broken storyline I watched it whole heartedly.I criticised it quite often but despite that I had not started disliking it to this extent.
Some of you may say that, my post is not correct and ishqbaaz is yet to have some good shivika scenes, but no.I have a lot of reasons to justify myself.

Nayi Soch or Antifeminst: I think every show has this element, but with every show I watch I think this won't happen.Sadly it does.Women are already a very demoralised section of our society and shows like Ishqbaaz make it worse.Anika is continuously demoralised, and let down which makes all of her self esteem and independence drain.

Fake promises and hopes: Ishqbaaz trailers definitely didn'tgive us the saas bahu link up.They portrayed the relationships between brothers despite hard times and what new? Pinky is going to harass Anika like every other mother in law.

Oh really ObBros: One of the best elements in this show which felt new and exciting was the relationship among the boys.I don't even see them interacting properly lately.Shivaay takes decisions with the help of his brothers and consequently all three brothers share everything with each other. But what has happened to that bond now? Even when Om wanted to commit a suicide the situation was not so horrible but now the boat has sunk.

Exploitation of everyone's role: Literally this is the most heartbreaking thing one can experience while watching an Indian show.Shivaay's role is awful, really awful and his badass role is pissing me off.He is so far the worst rich guy I have seen in any show.Anika? Dadi has also disappointed me.And so has everyone else.

Saat khoon maaf: Shivaay might even kill someone and no one will teach him the difference between right and wrong.Blackmailing someone to death (Sahil) is a crime. At least a crime to me.I hated this.

Power and Position: With the above point in mind, I see the misuse of power and position.Okay everyone does it in real life and here they are showing some logic but what with the other illogical elements? Does it justify them?

ShivaNazi:Shivaay is next to a dictator. He think what he does is right and does not listen to anyone not even his elders. He is a pampered brat and no one can ever teach him the difference. Why is he such a badass while his brothers are so good? Why am I putting in so much of logic for being criticised? Same.

Usage of people is fkng easy in shows.

Anika still hoping for better: I don't want this now.Yesterday when dadi pushed Anika to go forward, she does move and that's depressing.I don't want her to be rooting for love now.

8th Century BC:We here believe, what we see.We don't investigate being the richest people of India.Even 8th century would have been better than this.

Still waiting for rom?::How can you like a person who tortures you to the max extent? No but there will be some romance there for us.Forced marriages and things like this are so dreadful.

Conclusions:
No business man ever works.
No girl can fight for herself.
Women can never be independent.
Everything in life revolves around love.
Family supports your wrong deeds.
Every girl is meant to be exploited.
If a girl speaks for herself when she is poor then she can be forced and assaulted in whatever way you want.
Guy will force the girl first and then show some warmth to her and everything will be maaf.
Money can buy things.
A poor person should not have any self respect.
Only the rich have their copyright on self respect/esteem and stuff.

While I agree with some of your points, I disagree with some as well.

Let me talk about what I disagree with first. Your first point about nayi soch, IMO self-esteem and independence is derived from the strength to pick oneself up from demoralisation and fight back. This is exactly what Annika's character has been doing since day one. In tonight's episode she demonstrated the same when she showed the mirrror to Shivaay. Women will always be demoralised, it is a reality of the society we inhabit. We have no control over that. What we have control over is how we respond to the mistreatment.

Re. the brothers bond, they are just going through a phase in life where they are all too invested in their respective issues such that they can't openly share it with anyone. Not even with their bros, cuz some things are like that. Even if we want to, we can't share it with people closest to us. Why? Cuz we all have a deep fear of being judged and if a person can't face himself in the fear in embarrassment/shame for their doings, they can't be expected to share it with anyone. This is why the bros are not sharing their issues with each other.

Re. exploitation and ShivNazi: Shivaay is not a one dimensional character, he has many shades to him. Right now he's a grey character transcending into black-ish territory but I'm enjoying these shades in him very much. I'm a very lazy person so I don't want to say much more here except link you to my reply here about Michael Corleone, the protagonist of The Grandfather. There's an interesting parallel between him and Shivaay(only difference being that Shivaay isn't a murderer)...don't know if what I wrote is even half convincing though. *shrugs* My reply is the second last reply on this page:

Re. Annika still hoping for better: I felt the same yesterday but another person pointed out to me that she was merely acting on Dadi's instructions and has no inclination towards Shivaay at all. After today's episode I'm getting more convinced of that but the random eye locks and O jaanas are sorta annoying...(though there was none of that today thankfully). Dadi is the only one who has truly disappointed...but I have ranted enough about her so I'm tired now. 🥱

I agree with the rest of what you have written about false promises, saat khoon maaf, power & position and romance. IB is one show I have never imagined would go in the saas-bahu route but no...we have sautan drama as well on top of that here. I don't really mind Pinky, I have a real soft spot for her. So it's likely I won't mind her even in her nasty saas avatar. She's only being true to her character by reacting like this cuz she has always wanted a khandaani bahu. But she's letting Annika perform all the rituals for ghar ki bahu despite not accepting her yet, so there's some indication that she won't be that harsh and def won't do any plotting or scheming to get rid of Annika or tarnish her rep/image. It's also cuz I know she's probably gonna be the one who loves Annika the most in the end when Tia's truth comes out. I also don't mind the sautan angle as long as Annika keeps giving back like she did tonight rather than stay quiet and meek.

Re. saat khoon maaf. I'm on the fence about this but I do want Shivaay to repent for all his crimes and misdeeds. He probably will in the end and I don't want to see Annika falling for him before he does some serious grovelling. He needs to earn her trust and respect back.
